| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jun. 01  | ... Final Fantasy X. With most games being pushed back and frustrating gamers further, it seems we all got our holiday wish sooner! December 18th, 2001. A day, that will live in Tuesday. However, this day will bring the next installment of the undisputed champion of all Role Playing Games. Can you tell I'm a little fucking psyched for Final Fantasy? You bet. You see what is created by the minds of Squaresoft? That is what I want to do with my life... to create a role playing game with the story and intensity that Squaresoft brings to every Final Fantasy title. Whatever, screw my little story, because it means nothing... because FINAL FANTASY X is coming to america december 18th, 2001. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 01 | i never really had an oppurtunity to play the early FF games. The only one i played was FF7. I loved it, but for some reason i never got into 8 or 9. anyways...i think im gonna jump back on the bandwagon and pick this game up. The only thing im nervous about is the voice overs. i was watching some clips and they looked a bit awkward, like they were trying to match up the length of the statement with its japanese counterpart...it made the sentances seem a little off and sputtery. but this was only in a few clips, so ill see. ps - i heard its shipping in limited quatities on the 18th, but will be in full force by january. | Psychopath Registered: Jul. 01 | I've never played the FF series. I don't think I've played one. I did watch someone play Chrono Trigger on the SNES. Cool game. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 00 | from what i've been hearing/reading the past few days, i'm really thinking about just buying a PS2. i was in circuit city yesterday and one of the customers who was playing the demo version of Madden football said there was no difference whatsoever in graphic quality between the X-Box and the PS2. fuck microsoft | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | The reason there are no differences in the graphics of Madden on either system is because it was a port. If you compare it to NFL Fever you'll see the differences. FFX looks awesome, but I'm kind of getting tired of the series because they never alter anything. Which is one reason I bought Xbox. Jackie...she's......JACKIE!
