First off, the game rules. Second, I'm playing a San Jose Sharks vs. New York Islanders game, and what do the geniuses at ea sports do? They make the stadium 3/4 full, which is typical for that matchup.
They even give Peca his regular 5'o clock shadow.
Only thing better is getting to beat up Eric Lindros and you can make your own players.

Complaints? Too bad!

i just got a bootleg of the game (and no i'm not trading it with anyone)

it looks great. i cant wait to get a chance to play it more.

i love that game. i did a 29 game season with the islanders on medium difficulty. i won the stanley cup. i kick ass. in the off-season, i signed ray ferraro, and hes doing pretty good in my new season.

The injuries are great. When they fall down they grab the body part they injured. Also, whenever Lindros gets injured, its always a mild concussion.

Holy shit this game is awesome. I'm hopefully gettin this game in a week or less, I downloaded the demo...THIS GAME KICKS ASS.

The demo version is the Avalanche vs. the Penguins, I was losing 4-1 in the 3rd and I came all the way back to win in ot. Nicey nice fuckin game, cant wait to get the full version.

those hit and save cams annoy me. i turned them off because they return to gameplay without a transistion and it confuses my simple mind.

This game is definetly the best of the NHL series. My Penguins are kickin' ass! If you're looking for a "fun" and "different" hockey game, check out Hitz 2002, fuckin' great graphics, great gameplay, anyone else play it?

When exactly did this game come out? I got it for Christmas and was very surprised to see Lindros wasn't on the Rangers and Osgood wasn't an Islander.
Granted it was easy to trade them over, but you have to wonder how many other players are on the wrong teams as well.

P.S. Anyone notice the WTC when you play at MSG? Either they forgot it or are one of a rare few to have the balls to keep it in their games.

Yeah, I was really surprised to see it. I dont have the most legit copy of this game but i do think they kept it. Nice Job EA. :)
