Definitely, a game I'll pick up since I'm going to have a PC in a couple days that can actually run these games. But modding the game will be kick ass think of all the mods for cars and city's on gta and gta2 now with a 3d environment its going to be 100 times better. and when the pc version is released i am sure http://www.gta3mods.com will be filling up with diff mods for GTA3 | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Feb. 01 | multiplayer??? Are there any plans for broadband netplay capabilities for the PS2 version? See, the problem with GTA games and multiplayer matches is the sheer VOLUME of data,... its unplayable on anything but a high speed LAN, because theres random cars everywhere, right? when you got two people playing in the same world, they gotta have these random cars in the same places. Let's assume that the engine has to minimally determine car placement for a block radius (more at higher speed of driving) for each player, and also keep track of any jacked and then abandoned cars on the map, and random other junk... you see the trouble?
