| Psychopath Registered: Sep. 00  | how does one use an iso file, when i'm on the warez section of cute ftp i see tons of great games that end in like .001 .002 .003 etc. does anyone know how to get those to work? I have adopted ak 47 gak gak gak  | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | I believe you need to download a program calles WinRAR or HJSPLIT - I have limited expereience with these (still trying to figure out how to download a friggin' movie) but I believe one of them wll enable you to use these files. They're basically smaller parts of a larger file split up to ease the download - they thing is you need to have all the parts ( I think) in order to rejoin it correctly - again, I have limited experience with them, but I akin them to Zip files. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 00 | The .001, .002, .003 are not ISO files, they're compressed and seperated into smaller files. You need to uncompress and recombine using a program lise Winzip or Winrar, then when you have the .iso, you can just open it with your burner software. -----  E-mail: JustJon@opieanthony.com Adoptee: Baby Nicole | ||||

| Hanger-On Registered: Feb. 01 | even wen u have all the iso files out if u wanna burn games u still hafta use other programs to make them play on ur dc/ or ps2 go to www.dccopyworld.com they'll help u out with what files u need for burning games  beware of my dragon | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Mar. 01 | as it was mentioned, .001 and so on are RAR files, if u see .oo1 and its followed at the end by a .rar, make sure u d/l them all then just dbl click the .rar file and it will extract them New look, same old tool | ||||
