If there is one thing I learned from this PPV is that I am finally sick of "Bodies" by Drowning Pool. Hands down the best match of the night was RVD / Hardy. Would have liked to see Tajiri win (and hopefully come into his own). Oh and what was the deal with Jericho fucking up 2 rope moves? Was he stoned or something? As a matter of fact alot of the matches looked sloppy and poorly choreographed. Hopefully the next PPV will be better.

Now, I didn't actually see the PPV (ordered Invasion instead and didn't feel like ordering two in a row) so I can't comment on if it was boring or not. But it seems to me that your anger is over the outcomes of the matches which is something that I can comment on.

quote:

-- Edge is so overrated --Please Storm is a better Wrestler

Yeah, that's all well and good, but it's not booked on who is a better "wrestler". If that was the case then Dean Malenko would have been world champion about 20 times over. They've been pushing Edge to the moon and this was the next logical step taken. That's why he won. I like Storm as well so hopefully they can keep him in a program that gets him more over with the fans. He has the ability to be a kick ass hell.

As for the Taker and Kane. Personally, I hate the both of them. Get rid of them and Page and I will be very happy.

Come on, you knew eventually that the Rock would have to fight Austin to "unify" the titles. They just chose sooner rather than later to set it up. Just as look as they don't forget about Booker then everything is going to be okay. Personally, I think it would be cool if they held off Austin/Rock until Survivor Series to build the tension and drama plus to build more story for it.

Oh yeah, X-Pac still sucks. No matter how many matches he wins or what titles they give him, he still will suck. The quicker they learn that the better off the world will be.

Well, there were both positives and negatives tonight. First off, was it just me, or were the ropes too flexible tonight?? ANyway, loved the RVD match, sucks that the big spot messed up, but its ok, that match was great anyway. The Angle match was awesome as well, until the bullshit ending. The crowd was really into it, and Angle is truly a superstar now. He reminds me of the status of Hulk Hogan with the fans now, and is way better than Hogan ability wise. Also, like xpac or not, that was a superb match. Tag match was decent too, and Test got the push.

Negatives: Hated the Rock match, especially since it was the last match!! It didnt deserve to be the last match. Hated the cage match, and it made no sense when Taker was letting him leave. Jericho match was ok, ive never seen jericho mess up 2 times like that before though (im telling u the ropes sucked tonight). And the Edge match kinda sucked, i like Edge, but Storm is a better wrestler.

Overall, a decent show.

I am surprised how much I liked the PPV. Despite the numerous screwups all night, I still think there was good wrestling throughout the night. SCSA-Angle was a very very good match, despite the copout finish. I saw from the first match how loose those ropes were, and I knew it would screw up somebody. Y2J was that guy. I am surprised he even attempted the lionsault, let alone did it twice. And I can't even believe they tried that spot in the RVD-Hardy match. It would have been awesome if landed, but it looked flat out impossible. I can't see how even RVD could jump that high. While, IMO, the wreslting was good, I can't remember a PPV were less happened than tonight. I don't think they clearly ended any one feud tonight. Unforgiven could have exactly the same card as Summerslam. That's what sucked tonight.

For the supposed 2nd Biggest Pay Per View of the year, it was a dissapointment.

You need something MAJOR to go down, something that will have people talking and counting down the hours until Monday at 9pm.

Nothing even came close to that tonight.

The reason Y2J fucked up were the loose ropes. When he went for the lionsault and pushed off of the second rope, it stretched down PAST the first rope. That might have also been the reason RVD missed that spot with Jeff Hardy swinging in the air, although I doubt he could have hit it anyway.

Jericho is ready for the main event. I don't see how he could get anymore over. He regularly gets HUGE pops, and he hardly ever screws p like last night. It's a shame that the top is so crowded, and it will be only more so when HHH gets back.

This PPV was decent, but as previously stated, for the "second-most important" PPV, it was kind of lame. The Rock match was predictable and boring, That Austin/Angle match as well as the RVD/Hardy match were my two biggest faves. The UT/Kane match was also predictable (anyone else tired of the UT/DDP story? Move on with the characters WWF!!).

Then again, considering I don't pay for any of these PPV's, I really shouldn't gripe at all LOL.

The only matches I liked all night were the rvd-hardy match, the angle austin, and the tajiri- xpac match. The blown spots in the jericho match killed what would have been a great match. And if rvd had hit that move, it would have been the best matchh I've seen in a long time.

And did anyone notice when Booker forgot to kick out of the pin at one point. What an ass!

I think the ropes where almost as loose as Y2J claims Stephanie to be. It looked like Y2J really got hurt. He did not even get to celebrate his win, and had to helped to the back...I Hope that there will be a huge match between HHH, and Y2J when he gets back. With a stipulation if Y2J wins we get to see the St Benards ( Becasue there diffently not puppies)

I truly hate a PPV where I could have guessed the outcome of almost EVERY F'n match before it happens. Last night was as predictable as a WCW PPV...no excitement (save the Hardy/RVD match)....no suprises. I said I would never second guess Vinny Mac after the RVD/Dreamer run-in and subsequent Invasion angle...but unless he redeems himself with something big tonight, I will be seriously unsatisfied with the last couple of weeks, they've been coasting since Invasion.

PS- Whackbag & HorneyGoatWeed.....what's the HLJC in your sigs stand for?

Where to begin, where to begin...best match by far, RVD/Hardy, followed by Austin/Angle and X-Pac/Tajiri...

How stupid was it to put the Booker T/Rock match last? 2 overrated wrestlers in a main event right after one of the most dramatic matches on the whole PPV...not smart...

quote:

Jericho match was ok, ive never seen jericho mess up 2 times like that before though (im telling u the ropes sucked tonight).

The ropes were definitely terrible...Jericho bounced off his head at least 4 times in this one, he's lucky he wasn't seriously injured, plus there was problems for Jeff Hardy's backflip off the apron onto RVD as well...the WWF should be more careful about that, it's just unacceptable...

quote:

And I can't even believe they tried that spot in the RVD-Hardy match. It would have been awesome if landed, but it looked flat out impossible. I can't see how even RVD could jump that high.

There's a guy who controls the cord that holds the belt above the ring, I've seen many ladder matches where the belt was raised higher to put it out of a wrestler's reach...I assume someone was asleep at the wheel for this one, as RVD basically just took a blind shot at the move...otherwise, he wouldn't have even tried it...

Also, I'm just sick of the Undertaker...what did he do, tell Vince "Alright, if I can't have the world title anymore, then I have to crush everyone I face"? His matches suck, and have sucked for a few years now...it makes me long for the days of him vs. Kamala and Giant Gonzalez...or maybe not...

It's not funny, my ass is on fire....

Now that Taker finally got to bet the crap out of DDP in the cage, this angle should be over. Let us move on.

Ya know, I was just hoping, hoping that this whole Taker-DDP thing would explode or get more competitive.
Alas, it just failed. Looking back on the whole angle, what was the point except to say, hey look we hired DDP.
I thought at least, walking away, they could move on to start a DDP-Kanyon feud: "You left me to get killed, you tool." But no, we get this weak Sara shit on RAW again.
Is it over NOW??!?!
