| Hanger-On Registered: Aug. 01  | I live in the Philly area and I just started watching CZW Fake You TV and was wondering if anyone else has and what they thought? I ordered some of their videos and it was the best thing I have seen on the indies in ages. Just looking for some opinions. | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jul. 01 | I've been to one show, and that was more than enough for me. When they have the lightweight matches, with people like Trent Acid, S.A.T., Red, Nick Berk, and Ruckus, they've got my interest, but blood, gore, and weedwhackers just ain't my thing. BTW hammersavage, Ric Blade recently left CZW after suffering a leg injury that almost ended his career. He works almost exclusively for Jersey All Pro now. Adopted by FollowThisLogic 8/14/01. He's quick with a whip, so report all wrongdoings to him. | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01 | i went to the website and saw some clips. i ended up buying 2 of the videos. it was poor taping quality, but some of the wrestlers were good and the hardcore stuff is really sick. they did a cool weed whacker angle. There is also a black guy about D-Von's size named I think Ruckus...he is awesome. very athletic for someone his size. does some crazy shit. but i have never seen a show and living in Northern NJ i don't get the TV show | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Sep. 01 | i know i just revived a month old thread but HOLY SHIT! i went to a czw show yesterday in sewell nj, and it was one of the coolest things ive ever seen. ruckus is the F'ING MAN! he is a pretty big guy but he can do some crazy moves. greg, the big guy that had to leave tough enough because of his back showed up to attack danny rose. Zandig did one of the craziest things ive ever seen in person: he set up a table, put two chairs on it, and layed a peice of glass across it. lobo, was under the glass, then zandig jumped off this small balcony right onto the glass. it was one of the sickest things ive ever seen. then at the end, he told everyone to throw their chairs in the ring, so the ring was filled up to the top rop with chairs, then he lit the chairs on fire, with z barr(who was powerbombed onto a barbedwire table 2 minutes earlier) buried under the chairs. RF Video also has fan cams of past events available, and you can check around with tape traders to see who has what, as the tapes are becoming very popular. As a rule of thumb, the bloodiest stuff comes from all shows prior to April 2000 (before the whole NJ Extreme Wrestling went down), and any shows outside of NJ after that (especially the shows from Smyrna, DE). If technical wrestling's more your thing, I highly recommend getting a copy of the Best of the Best tournament from earlier this year, featuring some of the top lightweights on the independent scene. You'll end up paying $20 for a tape that will take over a month to get to you, and when it finally does, the picture will be so fucking bad you would barely even know it was supposed to be wrestling. RF sucks. | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01 | i've never been to a show, but have followed on the internet for a little bit. it is kind of like ECW on the internet with there own website and a strictlyczw site. the more violent shows for CZW take place in Symra, Delaware. The Extreme wrestling law in NJ is the reason for it. Delaware and NJ seem to be the only place they have shows at. I own 2 videos and there is some cool shit. The barbwire/light tube matches with guys named Wifebeater and Mad Man Pondo are sick. You can see the cuts all over their backs. I agree the guy Ruckus is awesome. for those who may buy videos the one UnF'NBelivable is a good one. | ||||
