WWF to be doing new TV show
A few sources are saying that the WWF is going to be doing a new show for the WB network in the fall. The basic format will be matches and in-studio commentary. One report, in the Spots 'n' Dots media newsletter, said that the show will air on Saturdays at 8 p.m. on WB 100+ stations, which are the stations in the smaller markets. We should know more about this story in a few weeks. ... Thanks to Brian and Scott Young for their help with this story.

So with this show, are they basically trying to take over saturday nights? Thay already have Exxess(sp?), and I'm guessing since that is a cable channel, this WB show would be for those people who aren't wired up or receiving satellite service. I just don't see the hype with Saturday nights in general, its not the best night to have a show on, since most of the target WWF audience will probably be out drinkin' & rollin' :)

Plus, if its going to be another recap show, its basically a waste of programming time - They recap enough as it is on RAW & Smackdown!, let alone every other damn show thats on.

I think this show will recap Excess recapping Raw and Smackdown.

Did anyone watch Heat this week. The segment with Al Snow and Tazz was really good. That should be a good feud which I think will offically start tonight.
