wrestlingunleashed.com:
Word is that at WrestleMania 18 the WWF & WCW titles will be unified, because, the WWF has pretty much abandoned the idea of negotiating a separate show for the Alliance (WCW/ECW). With lackluster ratings, television executives are not high on adding wrestling programming to their schedule at present

I think they need another show, if they don't I think that will be seeing some massive roster cuts in the near future.

Personally, I want them to combine it because we are getting some great matches and with some of the more well known names like Steiner , Flair and Nash contracts expiring it has a lot of potential. And yes they should get rid of a lot of people. Keep everyone else combine the belts. Bring in Steiner and Flair.

Release:
Kaentai
Scotty 2 Hotty
Albert
Billy Gunn
Goodfather
ValVenis
Hardcore Holly
Crash Holly
Hugh Morrus
Jindrak and O'Haire

three of those names are light heavyweights and in my opinion some of the most talented guys in wcw, ecw or wwf. I would much rather watch crash holly, vs Taka for example, then i dont know...Austin Vs Rock. Sure, they dont have good characters (EVIL...thats lame) but they have a lot more talent then some of the people that really need to be cut.

You're right about Albert, Val Venis, Godfather etc. though.

And Billy Gunn? i'm female.

They have plenty of light heavyweights with talent and yes that even includes XPac.

Xpac, Jerry Lynn, Hurricane Helms, Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, Shannon Moore (when they finally bring him in), Tajiri, Kidman

I dont agree with releasing Val Venis and O'Hare, especially O'Hare. That guy has enourmous upside, and Val just needs a fucking angle. That guy busts his ass every time out.

I don't agree with releasing anybody. Granted that just makes me look like a fool for the X-Pac bashing that I've done but he has had some really good matches lately. I think all the WWF superstars are realizing that they have to give a 110% otherwise they will not be over with the fans either way and will be kicked. This Alliance thing is probably the best thing that could have happened to the WWF right now. Look at all the quality matches we have had as of late. Even the Big Show is over with the crowd for his work now. I think there is so much talent that just needs to be given a chance. Whether it be on raw, smackdown, heat or this new show that they are thinking about making. Just give these guys a chance to show what the hell they can do. Stop holding them back.

I'm sorry....I seem to get to rambling lately when I get on this board but damnit, things are being done wrong (at least in my view) in the WWF as of late other than the quality of the matches.

Jindrak and O'Haire -- young, big and cheap -- keep them (bye Taker and Kane or APA)
Albert -- is a monster, keeper here -- bye Big Slow

oh and if you are going to bring Nash is than there is no spot for Test -- he is a younger(cheaper) Nash

If you have to release people, start with Billy Gunn...he sucks...he has no personality, no mic skills, and no character, really...Road Dogg made Billy...

Release Big Show...there's no use having such a huge guy who can't work with half the crew...he's not very good, and if he's not winning 90% of his matches, it seems too unrealistic...

Release KaiEnTai...indeed...

Release SHawn Stasiak...PLEASE!!!!

Those are the must go's for me...

It's not funny, my ass is on fire....

Correct me if I am wrong but I think they even came into the WWF with almost the exact same story line. Big Daddy Disel was HBK's body guard, and Test was the former Body guard of Motley Crue.
