| Psychopath Registered: Feb. 02  | I know most of you won't care, but give me a chance to show you how to return the WWF to greatness. 1. Have the NWO destroy the mid to lower card talent as we get closer to Wrestlemania. Put them out of commision and relegate them to the developmental territories, a la WCW. There's already far too many wrestlers on tv, and I just might cut my wrists if I see another Scotty Too Hotty match. 2. Keep the NWO out of regular matches. Keep them in vignettes with Vince, and up until Wrestlemania have only this active roster: Stone Cold, Rock, Undertaker, Kane, Kurt Angle, Triple H, Booker T, Big Show, Rob Van Dam, Chris Jericho, William Regal, The Dudleys, Edge, Test, and Ric Flair. 3. Create a solid card for Wrestlemania, using only the aforementioned names. Main Event: Triple H versus Stone Cold with both entering as faces. Have the NWO do a run in causing Triple H to win, thus establishing him as a heel and aligning him with them. Adding this swerve just might make the crap tv we've had the past month sort of make sense. 4. Kurt Angle vs. The Rock. We've seen these two put on great matches before, but here I would have Chris Benoit make a return at the conclusion and destroy both of them. A three way feud over the next few months would tie things together nicely if you establish Benoit as a monster heel. 5. Maybe put Test and Booker in a tables match against the Dudleys for the titles. Also have a very quick and brutal Undertaker, Kane, Big Show triple Threat. Let them beat the crap out of each other, it doesn't matter who wins. 6. This is key. Build up RVD over the next month having him score pinfalls over all the big timers. Let him hit all his old spots and make him seem a more plausible main eventer. Announce him as facing Jericho at Wrestlemania, only to be destroyed on Heat before it by the Nwo. Really destroyed, really bloody. An injury that would really put someone out for a long time. Have Ric Flair replace him against Jericho. 7. After the PPV we've established alliances and feuds. We have RVD gone right as we all knew he was on his way to the top spot. We have Jericho and Flair finally knowing just who is a living legend. We established the Nwo as having destroyed most of the roster. Now, start over slowly. Keep the Austin- Helmsley feud going. Give the Nwo mini feuds with returning mid-card talent. Maybe a hyped up Raven or Old School Tazz. Add X-Pac and Justin Credible to their Roster. At the next Pay-per-view, following a clean finish over Austin, let Rvd attack Triple H and the NWO as they celebrate. Let him destroy them all. He'll seem amazing coming back early after such a devestating injury. Have a lengthy feud between the Helmsley led Nwo and the RVD led Wwf, culminating in the inevitable split. Most importantly is the elevation of RVD, who realy is the main bright spot of wrestling's future, and the reintroduction of wrestlers the wwf missed the ball on. Or, more simply, they can just put Paul Heyman in charge of the whole creative process and we'll probably have similar results. Officially Self Appointed Moderator The Whole Fucking Thread | ||||

The NWO stuf is true, I actually think this shit should be a minimum, and should simply happen to spike the ratings, and allow some good angle they have on the back burner to arise. | Hanger-On Registered: Feb. 02 | Aren't you forgetting one important thing, Vince is bringing the nWo back and he HATES HHH, so why in the hell would they side with him at Mania. Especially now that HHH and Slut are over and she's back to being "Daddy's little girl". Some of the other matches sound good but if it's going to be SCSA and HHH at Mania, the nWo is going to have to take them both out. It looks like the WWF is setting up Y2J, Angle, Taker, Dudleys, Regal, Test and Booker T to be the main guys at the split. | ||||

| Hanger-On Registered: Feb. 02 | well irshcros i agree with u on some things. what i would do is turn undertaker face quickly, and then have him have a big retirement ceremony and let him go out with a bang cuz he deserves at least that much. plus i think he just cant keep up with this talent. now a year ago i would say to elevate kane now that undertaker is gone but definatley not now. kane is not half as good as a jericho, rvd, hhh, austin, rock, booker t. id make feuds between him and upper middle card wrestlers. now i totally disagree with wrestlemania. they should keep the belt on jericho until wrestlemania and have the nwo get austin at no way out. this way u can have a solid match between y2j and hhh at mania and if u havent noticed, they have that little friction between y2j and stephanie still so that could make it a good feud. if that does happen i think that austin vs nash could mke for a good match. and even if that doesnt happen and austin faces the game at mania, they should just have jericho face rvd and not involve flair. y2j and rvd could have the match of the night whether its a regular singles match or a ladder, cage, etc. In my opinion i would have them fight in a iron man match but i dont know if they would do that since its not the main event. i wouldnt leave flair out tho. id have him face hogan. i know alot of people dont want hogan wrestling but whether it is a good match or not it would be great to see those two face each other at wrestlmania. now u say angle vs the rock... well that would be good but i personally see the rock facing one of the outsiders preferably scott hall, even tho they could do nash.i would put nash against maybe big show, undertaker, ddp, or like i said in the other situation stone cold(if hes not in the main event). i just think they could take a rock and austin vs the outsiders feud to many different places. now i would take booker t and elevate him and give him more mic time. but with his opponent is where it gets interesting. it could be many people but what i would do is bring back beoit to face booker at wrestlmania. now u had kurt angle against benoit but i think it would be better since we have seen so may benoit vs angle matches b4 is put angle against mr perfect. i see angle as the only suitable opponent for perfect and that would be an amazing match. u cant put perfect up against guys like val venis and goldust and other midcarders. another thing i wouldnt do is get rid of all the midcarders. u just cant. i would keep most of them but cut some too. hardy boyz bye bye, out done by rvd. and i do agree scotty 2 hottie should get his resume' ready. albert, val venis, godfather, billy gunn, spike dudley, boss man, they all have some talent and should be sent to developemental feds but there r some midcarders to either bring back or keep. justin credible, jerry lynn (i think hes inured but either way hes gtta come back), raven, rhyno (injured), stasiack, palumbo, ohaire, jindrak, christian, lance storm, test, william regal, edge, rhyno, dreamer, kidman, tajeri, and of course THE HURRICANE. Hurrican should have a light heaviweight/cruiserweight or european heck even intercontinelntal title match at wrestlemania. he hasta be kept hes so awesome lol. personally id put him against kidman or tajeri either would make for a good match. o and deff lose molly. u cant feud regal and edge nemore. regal is a great wrestlr but he just doesnt take edges moves good. i mean edge spears him and he falls two minutes later. as far as the dudleyz go for mania id feud them against justin credible and raven.and id also feud lance storm, christian, and test, and then have jericho play a minor role. besides that it all sounds good keep up the good work. | Psychopath Registered: Feb. 02 | Okay, the point in taking out the mid and lower card talent was to give them a chance to improve before coming back. There's too many stupid gimmicks right now and gimmicks that need to be worked on. As I said before, taking RVD out for a month will only make the fans really miss him. It will set him up for an excellent return, and perhaps make us all forget his already bad feud with Goldust. Paulzballz, I completely disagree with your assesment that Bossman has some talent. He has none. The only suitable thing to do with him right now is have him die in the ring, a la Owen Hart. It worked wonders for him, completely rejuvinating a year and a half of bad feuds/gimmicks. Paulzballz, if you need a step by step guide to spell checking let me know. That was actually painful to read. Here's a free tip. Capitalize the first letter of each sentence. Thet definitely need to keep the nWo out of the ring (for the most part) and in the backgrounds of the storylines. I think they'd be a more effective "poison" if they worked behind the scenes, but let them show their faces enough to make sure everyone knows they're there. I'm sort of intrigued by this storyline, I just hope it doesn't become the clusterfuck that the invasion angle turned out to be.  You can reach me through AIM or email. Oh wait they do that kinda thing all the time. I see your point. Maybe they could have a "Drink you under the table match" with Hall, APA, and Stone Cold. I'm only sorry to say that Hall would win if it was a clear match, but Hall would run his mouth to much and they APA would kick his ass, throw him outta the ring, then Stone Cold stuns them both for the win. Then he pulls Hall back into the ring and says "you thought you could drink, WHAT?" stuns him and doesn't even waste the time to poor beer on him. | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 01 | Keeping Ric Flair OFF the mic would also help. He's is a babbling moron, so if the angle isn't him acting like a babbling moron then shut him up. I also think the Regal and Edge feud would go over better with some more trash talking. Edge had some good lines in the beginning, especially when he called him a little "chickie monkey". And Regal has always been a good mic guy. Another thing they could do without is having the big stars totally run their catch phrases into the ground. tHE Rock started it all off with his "smell what the Rock is cookin" thing. It's cool when it's short and sweet. But when he hams it up and licks the mic and what not, it's really fuckin lame. Austin has started down the same path with the whole "What?!" thing. Use it sparingly and I think it will continue to be funny. But saying it over and over and over again really wears it out. What?  Nobody fucks with Dice, Dice does the fuckin! | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 01 | I think those aren't really great ideas irishcros, but you put up some interesting points. Everyone is suppossed to be afraid of the nWo, so by making them destroy the lower roster is a good idea, puts the fear back in the nWo. But we need lightheavyweight matches, I love those! D'Lo is coming back soon, and Tajiri and X-Fag could be on TV too. If they could sign Rey the lightheavyweight division would be complete. The only division you should take away is that god awful Harcore and the European. Unify the Cruiserweight and Lightheavyweight titles. And damitt, give DDP a push! You could easily have good matches with less titles, it would keep the titles more precious and hard to get. That's why if guys would get screwed out of a title, it would really spark a feud. They need more speedy, technical matches on the bottom and the more meeningfull matches on the top of the card. And turn Rock heel, their should only be a few super faces at a time: Austin, HHH, Flair, RVD, Benoit And the more heels the better: Rock, McMahons, nWo, Jericho, Angle, Taker etc. | ||||
