Looks like a pretty interesting, with a title change, and some pretty interesting comedy thrown in between the matches. Some of it seems a bit corny though. Nice steady movement toward Wrestlemania.

Smackdown!

The pyro explodes, and Michael Cole tells us that Triple H and Kane will take on Jericho
and Angle in tonight's Main Event!

The Hardys & Lita vs. The Dudleys & Jazz
-The Hardys and Lita come out with fancy glowing shirts. The D-Bombs go off, and the Dudleys come out, with a seriously limping Stacy. BuhBuh says that Stacy was injured in a photoshoot earlier today, so they had to get a new partner. Jazz marches down, and it appears she will take Stacy's place. BuhBuh clotheslines Matt down, as Jazz and Lita start off the match. Suplex by Jazz, then some straight punches. Lita fires back and hits
a headscissors. BuhBuh pulls Lita down, and Jazz gets the mounted punches. Scoop slam by Jazz, but she misses the vertical splash. Tag to Jeff and BuhBuh. Dropkick by Jeff, then another, but he misses the Whisper in the Wind 1-2-broken by Matt. D-Von tags in and neckbreakers Jeff down. Elbow by D-Von, but Jeff hits a big boot, only to be
powerslammed 1-2-kickout. Tag to BuhBuh. Double flapjack by the Dudleys, with BuhBuh hitting a couple elbow drops for a two count. BuhBuh clubs Jeff down, but Jeff gets a headscissors. DDT by Jeff, and both men go down. Tag to D-Von and Matt. Clothesline by Matt, then another. Matt hits a backbody drop and then knocks BuhBuh off the apron. Side Effect by Matt, but Jazz breaks up the pin. As Lita and Jazz fight outside, BuhBuh
looks for the Wassup Headbutt, but Lita pushes D-Von off the top. Lita goes up and hits her own Wassup into BuhBuh! Jeff dives onto BuhBuh outside. In the ring, Matt clotheslines D-Von out of the ring and suplexes Jazz down. Tag to Lita, who Spears Jazz. Outside, Matt takes D-Von down again, while Lita gets a two count. Lita looks for the Twist of Fate, but Stacy runs in and hits Lita with a spinning heel kick, with the supposedly injured heel. Jazz capitalizes and hits the Fisherman's Buster 1-2-3!

Earlier Today: Taker watched video of him beating up on Arn, when Flair walked in. Flair says that was his best friend. Taker tells Flair he doesn't care about the drama, he just wants the answer. Flair turns off the television, takes the tape and smashes it against a wall, saying that Taker will get an answer later tonight. Fade Out.

Steve Austin Interview
-The glass breaks, and Stone Cold marches down with a chair and an extra brace on his knee. Before he can speak, the screen goes black and white, and the nWo-ers march out onto the stage. As the screen goes back to color, Austin shines up his chair. The first sumbitch that comes to the ring will certainly go down. Hogan says that, after what Hall did to his knee, Austin is in no position to make threats to anyone, let alone the nWo. It would appear that Austin isn't in much better shape than The Rock is. Speaking of Rock,
he won't be here tonight. That's why he's going to produce his own drama on the Icon known as Hollywood Hulk Hogan. So Nash and Hall have Austin all to themselves. He has to go back and make his epic saga. Hall tells Austin that they put the Rock down and out, and now Austin is down. That's just the beginning of Austin being treated like an animal. At WrestleMania, Austin will also be down and out. Nash says that they shouldn't wait until WrestleMania, when they can do it now. Austin says that they don't have to come down to the ring, because Austin will go up to them, and he won't even bring his chair. Austin starts limping up the ramp, but then turns around. He pulls out a gun and shoots it at Nash! It's a net gun! Nash is tangled in a net! Hall takes Austin out at the knee and quickly gets Nash out of the net and they run to the back. Austin throws the gun to the floor and goes back to the ring. He grabs a few beers and starts drinking them as he limps back up the ramp. Fade Out.

William Regal vs. Big Show (Non-Title)
-Regal tries to take out Show's knee, but Show locks in a choke. Regal fights out, only for
Show to get a bearhug. Again Regal fights out, but Show Big Boots him down. Regal escapes to the outside, but Show goes after him and smashes him into the stairs. Back in the ring, and then right back out, Show knees Regal in the face and press slams him back inside. Regal kicks Show, so Show knees him and starts clubbing away. Show misses the Big Boot, allwoing Regal to low blow him. Short-arm clothesline by Show, then knees in the corner. Regal comes back with a boot, but Show chops him down. Back elbow by Show, who drops the straps. While he's down, Regal pulls out the brass
knuckles. He shoves the ref away and punches Show, knocking him out, but Show falls on top of Regal! Regal can't kick out! 1-2-3! Fade Out.

Booker says that the Japanese shampoo people will be here soon, so he needs some advice. He practices, saying that just because Japanese people know kung-fu doesn't mean they know shampoo. It won't make their hair as good as Booker's, but it's a start. We see that Tajiri and Torrie were watching. Tajiri says it offensive, and then asks where Booker gets off insulting his people's hair, when Booker's looks like crap.

In the back, Jericho shines his belts up, but Steph suggests that someone else shine them, since it's a task below him. Jericho talks about how he beat Angle, but Steph says that he has to team with Angle, and he better win. She asks for her hand lotion, and Jericho gives her some, but it's the wrong brand. She blows up on him, saying that if Jericho wants her brains for WrestleMania, he'll want to keep her happy. And if he wants to keep her happy, he'll go right now and get her hand lotion. Fade Out.

Maven vs. Goldust (Hardcore Title)
-Dust takes Maven down and hits him with the butt-bounce. Snapmare by Goldust, with the falling fist 1-2-shoulder up. Maven with an atomic drop, but Goldust knocks him out of the ring. Outside, Goldust tosses a few trashcans into the ring, and then hits Maven with a lid. Back in the ring, Maven kicks a can into Goldust's head 1-2-shoulder up! DDT by Goldust. He grabs a can and sets it in the corner. Goldust catapults Maven into the trashcan and then down onto the knees. Front suplex by Goldust, who gets a fire extinguisher. As Goldust picks up the nozzle, Maven reaches out and turns on the extinguisher, spraying The Bizarre One in the face! Maven school boys him 1-2-3! "Rollin" hits, and the Undertaker rides out. He gets in the ring and stomps Maven down. Taker punches him into the corner and elbows him down. Al Snow runs down and starts beating on Taker! He clotheslines Taker out of the ring and into the announce table. Snow asks if Taker wants to fight, and gets the ref to stick around!

Al Snow vs. Undertaker
-Snow beats on Taker in the corner, but Taker clotheslines him down. Taker with a headbutt, but Snow punches back and superkicks Taker over the ropes. Taker pulls Snow outside and smashes him into the barrier, then into the stairs. He smashes Snow's head into the steps and then gets a chair. Taker misses the chairshot, and Snow smashes Taker into the stairs. Snow grabs the chair and rears back, but Taker grabs him with a choke and chokeslams him to the floor. Back in the ring, Taker puts Snow in the dragon sleeper, when Flair runs down. He grabs the pipe from Taker's bike and starts beating Taker down with it! When it comes to WrestleMania, he screams, the answer is still no. But if he ever touches a friend of Flair's again, he'll show Taker why he is still the dirtiest player in the game. He smashes the pipe into Taker's face and goes back up the ramp. Fade Out.

Billy & Chuck vs. The Acolytes (Tag Titles)
-Faarooq and Chuck battle in the ring, while Bradshaw beats on Billy outside. Punches by Faarooq, who tosses Chuck out. As Chuck and Faarooq go outside, Billy and Bradshaw come in, with Bradshaw hitting a Fallaway Slam. Double neckbreaker by the Acolytes. Bradshaw tosses Chuck outside, as Faarooq whips Billy back and forth between ringposts. Low elbow by Faarooq. Bradshaw tosses Chuck into the ring, as Faarooq knocks Billy outside. While Bradshaw holds Chuck, Faarooq punches away on him. Double powerbomb by the Acolytes. Bradshaw Boots Billy down and Faarooq clotheslines him to the outside. In the ring, Faarooq Spinebusters Chuck down, but Billy rams Bradshaw into the stairs. Billy runs in and gives Faarooq the FameAssEr and rolls Chuck on top 1-2-3!

In the back, Goldust checks on Maven, but then attacks him. He pushes Maven off the medical table and pins 1-2-3! Goldust wins the Hardcore Title!

In the back, Tajiri is on the phone, when Booker comes in and takes the phone. He tells the people that he has a match, but he'll be done by the time they get done to shoot the commercial.

Booker T vs. Scotty Too Hotty
-Chops by Booker, then clubs to the back and a beatdown in the corner. More chops by Booker. Booker tosses Scotty over the top, but Scotty flips back in and starts beating on Booker. Flying forearm by Scotty. Booker comes back with a spinebuster and a boot scrape. Booker hits a reverse thrust kick and a vertical suplex 1-2-kickout. Scotty fights back, but Booker elbows him down. Stomps by Booker, then straight punches. Booker misses an elbow in the corner, but he clotheslines Scotty down when Scotty goes for the
bulldog set-up. Booker gets messages from his gloves, does some kung-fu, and misses the jumping calf kick! Scotty hits the bulldog as Booker grimaces from the missed kick. Scotty goes for the Worm, but Booker gets his foot up and boots Scotty back. Flapjack onto the ropes by Booker and hits the scissors kick. Again he gets messages from the
gloves, and they tell him to hit the Spinaroonie! Jumping calf kick by Booker 1-2-3! As Booker celebrates in the ring, we see that Edge has been granted the shampoo commercial! Edge thanks the shampoo guy, Tajiri, and Torrie, after being told he has "hair like the lion." Fade Out.

DDP asks Christian if he's ready to embrace the power of positive energy. His first step is to develop a relationship with the fans. Page brings in two kids. Christian tries the smile, but one of the kids says he's ugly. Page gets inbetween Christian and the kids, saying it's a joke, and he needs a sense of humor. The other kid calls Christian a loser. Christian says he's a winner. If they want a loser, they should go see their dad. The kids say their dad left them and kick Christian in the shins before running off.

In the back, Steph passes Triple H's dressing room and walks inside, finding Trips and Kane. Kane leaves the two of them. Steph says his comments were uncalled for, talking about her private parts. Her lawyer is looking into slander claims. Trips says that you can't sue for slander if the claims are true. Steph says that Trips' lawyer in the divorce is being unreasonable. Trips wonders how 50/50 is unreasonable. Steph says that since she made Triple H what he is, she deserves 50% of what Triple H already made, and 50% of what he
makes from now until he dies. And she always gets what she wants. Fade Out.

Main Event: Triple H & Kane vs. Chris Jericho & Kurt Angle

Sounds like a typical SmackDown. It's getting really annoying seeing the NWO only attack people backstage, I know their first matches will be at Mania but this is just stupid. On a bright note, former main eventer looks like he'll be getting a match with Edge. That will be a pretty good match-up. Angle and Kane will probably have a match too, I never expected Angles opponent to be Kane but what are ya gonna do....

I went to the Smackdown!/Heat tapings at the FleetCenter. The show was okay, nothing special. Bubba's mic didn't work and the whole thing with Austin and the guns came off bad.

Main event was solid, as was the RVD/Storm match for Heat. Speaking of Heat, they are done doing the show from WWFNY and are focasing more on matches again than interviews and recaps.

The main event was great, that Hogan Video was neat too. Hopefully Goldusts Hardcore Title Reign won't be as gay as all of the other champions' were. The WWF needs to give ECW guys the Hardcore bouts, they aren't usin' Justin Credible or one of my all-time faves, Raven!!!! The Hardcore Title doesn't have to be bad, they just need to use guys that know Hardcore Wrestling, like the ECW guys that aren't being used.
