No, he's an actor who's in a movie that's going to bomb at the box office, so naturally he's going on the WWF to hype his movie. Of course, Vince has to give him a belt for showing up on the show (just like Arnold).

Oh man, I hope they have this Rock fellow do commentary during the Kane match so he can say "Oh, this is wonderful, terrific!" 80 times during the match ,adding nothing to the show in the progress! That would SO rule!
