| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00  | Figured id start a prediction thread for Wrestlemania. Hopefully there wont be half of the people that respond predicting that the PPV will suck. Even if it does, at least try to give it a chance before ridiculing it. Here are my predictions: Hulk Hogan vs Rock Winner: The Rock, even though i hope Hogan kicks his ass just so that we dont have to hear how the Rock is "the best ever". Undisputed Championship Match: HHH vs Y2J Winner: Y2J, with help from Bret Hart, even though i want it to be because of help from Scott Steiner. However, i just have a feeling that Bret will be there, and not Scott. Austin vs Hall Winner: Austin, despite interference by Nash. It will set up an Austin-Nash rivalry. European Title Match: DDP vs Christian Winner: Christian, in the best match of the night. I really dont care who wins, i guess id rather see DDP win it. But, it will help out both wrestlers if Christian wins, because DDP can focus on bigger and better things. No DQ Match Undertaker vs Flair Winner: Flair, with help from David Flair. Doesnt make sense with the upcoming split if Flair loses. I-C Title Match: RVD vs Regal Winner: RVD, even the WWF realizes that its time to get the title off of Regal, and give it to RVD, who will hold it for a VERY long time. This match will probably be the worst of the night, because of the clashing of styles. Tag Team Title Match: Billy and Chuck vs APA vs Hardyz vs Dudleyz Winner: Hardyz, i cant see a heel tag team winning this match, and the Hardyz are better than having the APA win it. Booker T vs Edge Winner: As much as I want Booker T to win it, i think Edge will end up winning it because the WWF seems to have a hard-on for giving Edge the biggest, most undeserved push ever. Should be a decent match, but not great. Kurt Angle vs Kane (why is this match happening) Winner: Kane by DQ, with help from Ken Shamrock after the match. Everyone knows that Kurt can, and has, kicked Kane's ass. Kurt will probably get dominated by Kane early, and then will take out Kane's leg. Kurt will probably carry the match, and will try to break the leg and get DQ'ed. Then when he doesnt let go, Ken Shamrock will come down and Belly-to-Belly suplex Angle and apply his own Ankle-Lock. Women's Title Match Trish vs Lita vs Jazz Winner: Lita. They will probably have her and the Hardyz win all at once. Plus, Lita needs the title more than any one of them. Hardcore Title Match: Maven vs Golddust Winner: Neither one of them, due to the 24/7 rule, the winner will probably be a returning star, and the match will definitely feature Big Show, Al Snow, and others. I'll take a wild guess and say that Raven will come back and win the title. Austin vs Hall Winner: Austin even though Nash will interfer European Title Match: DDP vs Christian Winner: I would love to see DDP win this match because I love DDP but Christian will win, it'll make more sense that way. No DQ Match Undertaker vs Flair Winner: Flair I-C Title Match: RVD vs Regal Winner: Juat three simple words about this match...Rob Van Damn. Tag Team Title Match: Billy and Chuck vs APA vs Hardyz vs Dudleyz Winner: Let's look at my choices, I am sick of Billy and Chuck, and even though they aren't heels I don't really like the APA, so that leaves the Hardyz and Dudleys. I'm going to have to say the Hardyz because it'll just be perfect that they came back from "almost carrer-ending injuries" from Taker and then win the titles. Plus I'm going to hangin out with a bunch of girls tomorrow night, so it would be great to watch them celebrate. Booker T vs Edge Winner: I personally love Edge, so I will pick him here. Kurt Angle vs Kane Winner: Kurt Angle thanks to the angle lock, no doubt in my mind. Women's Title Match Trish vs Lita vs Jazz Winner: Well I've been thinking about this match and originally I gave it to Trish. But I'm going to have to go back to my favorite Diva, Lita. (Added during Excess tonight) Hardcore Title Match Maven vs Goldust Well this match is so just to plug Tough Enough 2 on a wider stage saying that dreams do come true, so on that level, Maven will win. ---Blake a.k.a. | Psychopath Registered: May. 01 | Almost time for the GRANDADDY OF EM ALL! Here are my pick : Golddust vs Maven: gotta got with Goldust cause of the experience factor alone. Maven just started and already he's at W.M. ? Trish vs. Lita.vs Jazz :they should have just left it between Lita and Jazz, woulda been a hell of a better match that way.Gotta go with Lita on this one. Booker T vs Edge : anyone relly care about this one? Definetly Booker T. Fuck Edge. Kane vs Kurt Angle: almost a tossup in my mind, but Im gooa have to go with KANE on this one. Angle has been getting the better of Kane on the tv shows so if everyone who watches wrestling knows, that spells certain doom for Angle. DDP vs Cristian: once again...WHO CARES ? DDP takes it. 4 way Tag Team Title Match: THE DUDLEY BOYZ...nuff said William Regal vs RVD: gee...like nobody sees RVD walking away with this one. Scott Hall vs Steve Austin: Scott Hall by interference......no Kevin Nash on the bill....whats he got to do thats more important? Undertaker vs Ric Flair: this match shouldnt even be going on....2 old guys fighting...one older than the other...CHEAP. Have to pick the Taker on this one....he's undefeated at WM. HHH vs Jericho : definetly picking Y2J for this one. He's defeated Austin...he;s defeated Rock. Just casue HHH hurt his leg and makes a comeback doesnt automatically make him next champ.
