Last week on Raw, they do a big angle with him and HHH at Backlash and than on Smackdown, Vinny Mac gives the shot to Hulk Hogan.

Undertaker looks like an idiot now. So what is he going to now? Will he than interfere in the HHH and Hogan match at Backlash, thus than by facto showing this split is bullshit. Remember at PPV's Raw guys will face each other and Smackdown will face each other, but what happens when the guy (HHH) who can be on both as heat with guys from both shows.

What happens to Undertaker

Hopefully, he contracts the AIDS virus and dies so we don't have to see him again. But, sadly, that is only a remote possibility since he doesn't know Jim Norton and isn't 9 years old.

Instead, what I think might happen is, with all the subtle hints on Heat last night (Raven was pretty funny in commentary by the way, even though some of the stuff he said seemed to be kissing the ass of the "smarts," like talking about how Flair needs to make trades cuz he had an awful draft and how the nWo not coming out to Hall's match made Crash Holly ( his opponent) seem insignificant, but his use of big words that Coachman didn't understand had me chuckling. I like big words. Big words are funny. Where the fuck was I? Oh yeah, the Taker)

Based on announcer speculation on Heat, it seems they might make Austin an enemy of Ric Flair's authority that Flair wasn't prepared for (this might be the big storyline that brought him back) Well, it would make sense, if they are gonna do that, since Taker has nothing and Austin has nothing and somehow Flair is gonna have to get involved with both, that maybe they have a storyline with Austin v. Taker. Flair will take Austin's side, and Austin gets mad at him for helping, causing the rift between Austin and Flair, maybe?

I could see Taker storming into Flair's office tonight and demanding a PPV title shot anyway, and Flair saying that the Judgment Day world title shot is on the line in a match with him and another deserving man,Austin, and Taker flips out that he has to EARN a title shot he already had officially given to him and then fun hijinks ensue. Austin wins at Backlash hopefully, if that is the case. We've been waiting for a godamn conclusion to the HHH-Austin saga anyway and Austin having a title shot would be a good way to start off the Austin-Flair rivalry after Austin gets mad at him for helping him at Backlash if that is where they are going.

And HHH can fight both of them for the next two Raws since he can't advance the big angle with Hogan on RAW anyway, and it would set up the Judgment Day PPV already. Of course, that would mean like long term planning and stuff and not coming up with a HHH-Hogan title match instead of a HHH-Taker match since the fans groaned (not that I'm complaining) and so the next night you change your mind. But, hey, we can hope.

On a side note, may I say that this color scheme fucking sucks more ass than a Kennel in a Cell match. If you're gonna go black and yellow to go along with the WOW logo, you might want to make the scroll bars YELLOW INSTEAD OF BLACK SO WE CAN ACTUALLY FUCKING SEE IT, FUCKTARDS! Thank you.

Flair will turn heel at Backlash when Austin v. Taker, then Vince won't mention the name Flair ever again because both of them will be heels. The only question I am wondering is, since HHH will probably turn heel at Backlash and he promised Taker a Title shot at the next PPV. Will Taker turn face? Or will we see some more HHH as a face bullshit?

God forbid that ever happen. I mean, really, I suppose the world would end and the Apocalypse begin should anyone in the WWF actually acknowledge the smart fan / internet community, other than to blame us for all of the WWF's problems.

I hypothesize that they're going with HHH v. Hogan at Backlash for 3 reasons:

1. Vince is making the "RAW brand" (why they just can't say 'roster split' is beyond me) as irrelevant as possible. I mean, the RAW roster is NO accident, and if you really think any good trades will happen, you're gonna be disappointed.

2. They're gonna ride the Hogan train as long and hard as they can, cause I'd say over / under on it derailing is by the end of the year, tops. He doesn't have much shelf life left, might as well use him now.

3. HHH's face turn is abysmal; no matter how many times they slaughter Jericho, it will never make HHH over. HHH / Steph booked Trips as the returning Messiah - it didn't work. So hello heel HHH.

Gee, Se7en, what ever do you mean by this?

I'm thinking once again we're on the same page...

I just still hate him from his WCW days when he was the only one allowed to hold the WCW title. When Kevin Nash just dropped and gave it to him, it was just sad. Hogan, and Falir please make roon for the next gen, and fucking quit wrestling before you end up in a wheel chair.

Yup, yup, yup. I know it ain't exactly FB predicting the D'backs to go all the way at the beginning of last season, but I DO want to point out I predicted EXACTLY (almost) where they were going with Austin and Taker last night, even down to Austin having issues with Flair. I know, I know, save your applause. Now, the one thing I'm trying to figure out, is this a GOOD thing or a BAD thing for the WWF?

I heard a rumor that would explain the vast discrepancy between the quality of the two rosters.

Smackdown's contract is up for renewal in 2003.....

RAW's contract is up for renewal in 2005.

Basically, if this is true, Vince loaded all of the major star talent on Smackdown, in order to boost ratings and the probability of a another contract once the current deal with UPN ends.

Where does this leave RAW? Screwed. It's gonna be a LONG year for "the RAW brand".

I hadn't heard that, but it does make sense, and it does tie in to what I was thinking.

I think Raw is being set up for failure. Storyline or not, Vince would not let himself be the head of the weaker "brand." Flair, for as great of a career as he's had, has proven in recent years that he is easily manipulated by the promoters. So, after Raw begins to tank (and, the Smackdown contract is renewed), it gives Vince the opportunity to oust Flair as head of that program, and usher in his hellspawn children as the saviors of Monday Nights. The rosters could then, in theory, be evened out, making both programs relatively equal in the eyes of the fans, and Raw will once again be hyped as the "all new, most exciting by god sports entertainment program in the world!"

Vince will never rest until he gets Shane and Stephanie over, no matter what the cost. This would, in his eyes anyway, be the perfect scenario. Flair takes the fall, the Clan of McMahon come out looking like heroes, and once again everyone is declaring Vince a genius. We haven't been hearing this nearly as often as of late, and you just know he won't stand for that. Fragile egos need to be stroked regularly.

He's always looked like an idiot. I think it's safe to say Flair will screw Austin. Austin has stunned Flair both times he's been under contract with him. And Taker would probably get the title shot anyway. Sadly, I bet Taker will hold the belt in 2 months or so....
