| Psychopath Registered: Jan. 02  | this was a bad as it gets. granted, there was about a three year period where I was completely out of the wrestling loop, but this was just a horrible waste of $35. I literally dozed off during several of the matches. How about that Jamie Noble-Hurricane feud?!! ugh. --------------------------------------------------  | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | This was pretty bad overall - I didn't really watch it, I was sort of going in and out of the room. The jericho/RVD match was pretty good, all downhill after. And how absolutely boring was the HHH/Taker match? And was the Rock really necessary? | Psychopath Registered: Jan. 02 | in all seriousness, I love both RVD and Jericho but their match was embarrassing. RVD's forearms looked about as hard as Trish's. First match of the card (odd placement but ok) and could have totally got the show going. It generated zero excitement - 30 near pinfalls a match doesn't work - and had about as much energy as a Mae Young-D'Lo bit. where can I buy a Hot Box? please! --------------------------------------------------

Angle still puts on a hell of a show even though for whatever reason they are trying to make him a laughingstock. Are Jericho and Test going to join Team Canada? The split is awful. I said it from day 1 and it needs to end now. Cut your losses. People that need to go are The ambiguosly gay duo, yes the tag champs, Billy and Chuck, Rikishi, Scotty 2 Hotty, Raven, Tommy Dreamer, Albert, to name a few. Brock Lesnar does not deserve a title shot yet. He could be good down the road but definitely not yet on the 2nd biggest PPV of the year. I had high hopes for this PPV and they blew it big time. However, whenever things are so bad, Vince always pulls something out of his ass, so we can only hope. Compared to the NWA PPV this was a good PPV but for standards they have set in the past, it sucked. They really have to pick it up, and they can start by dropping the split and cutting your losses.  | ||||

Doesn't the WWE realize that when people tune in for a PPV they want to see action, and a title match where everyone is unconscious for 75% of it is boring as hell. I'm sick of these "One nearly dead guy manages to get his arm on the other nearly dead guy for the near fall." It's boring, it sucked. Lesnar is amazing, but does not deserve a title shot yet. How much does it suck for Test. He's been around for almost 4 years already, and the guy looses a push to someone who hasnt even been there for 4 months. The best parts of the PPV were the Rock, Booker T, Goldust segment and HHH with the NWO. How sad is it when the best parts of the show aren't the wrestling matches. The NWO angle was a great set up to keep you to stay tuned though. Anyone else notice that Kevin Nash's shirt (I'm pretty sure it was him) had the number 4 on it instead of the NWO logo? Wonder if thats any kind of foreshadowing...  | ||||

| Hanger-On Registered: Jun. 02 | whoa whoa whoa wait a minute the main event was garbage, no surprise to anyone, but to say the ppv was the worst yet is just ignorant. didnt anyone see Backlash, No Way Out, and judgement day(minus hell in a cell of course). Kotr had it's down points with the main event, but the hurricane and noble match was pretty decent, rvd-jericho was good, lesnar-test was good(minus the crowd being dead), and even hogan and angle pulled off a surprisingly good match. i think there were a slew of other ppvs that were ten times worse than this one. jesus does anyone remeber kotr 2000, the only highlight of that was angle suplexing rikishi which took like 5 minutes of them hugging each other at the top rope before it eventually was executed. not to mention the Brisco-Patterson evening gown match! i admire your honesty, hell i like you, you can come over to my house and fuck my sister | ||||

He'll never win on PPV again! :( Lesnar is a good King though and I can see him turning on Heyman soon. Eddie Guerrero's chance to be a star all flushed away. Stupid Flair can't wrestle but they still won't let good wrestlers shine! Taker = Shitty Champ; Rock = Shitty; HHH = Shitty Face. I'm really happy that they let Kurt win! Vince is making him look like a joke! Maybe they'll actually give him some respect... It's sad to see great PPV like KOTR be embarrassed like this. 2002 sucked. Life Isn't | ||||
