Angle is interviewed by Lilian Garcia, and highlights are shown of Jerry Lynn winning the LH Title on HEAT -Match #2 HARDCORE CHAMPIONSHIP Rhyno(c) vs. Raven Rhyno hits the gore on Raven and gets the pin -Backstage Segment #2 Shane, Steph, Austin, Dutchess, Regal Cole interviews Shane and Steph tries to talk Shane into appologizing to Vince in order to cancel the match against Big Show. Shane (obviously) says that its not necessary and claims that he'll win the match. Kevin Kelly interviews Austin, Austin talks his normal shit. Coachman tries to interview the Dutchess, but Regal won't let him. Match #3 DUTCHESS OF QUEENSBURY MATCH Jericho vs Regal Regal wins via pin after numerous chair shots Backstage Segment #3 Vince and Show Nothing eventful here. Vince tells Show not to take it easy on Shane. Show says that he'll be the 'last man standing' Match #4 30 MINUTE ULTIMATE SUBMISSION MATCH Angle vs Benoit Benoit wins 4 falls to 3 in sudden death overtime with the crossface. Backstage Segment #4 Taker, Kane, HHH Taker is shown talking to Kane, Steph asks HHH what he thinks they're talking about. He goes on to say that from now on, he has only one son, and that's HHH. Steve Blackman is shown at WWFNY and is asked about Shane's big jump off the entrence set. He says that after the matches he had with Shane, he never thought Shane would ever go back to hardcore wrestling, much less pull off a move like that. SCSA and HHH try to leave, but Taker and Kane chase them and bring them back to the ring. Kane, and HHH, fight in the ring, as Austin and Taker fight on the outside. They made their way to the outside and Taker slammed Austin's head into the announcers' table. He rolled Austin into the ring and Kane grabbed him and chokeslammed him. Kane then went back to work on Triple H in the corner. Triple H finally got the advantage and worked on the injured arm of Kane in the corner A friend with weed is a friend indeed. Taker then backed Austin into the corner and pummeled him and then whipped him into the opposite corner. Austin fell to his knees and tried to shake UT"s hand, but he smacked him in the face and Austin stood up in the wrong corner and Kane punched him down. A friend with weed is a friend indeed. Austin tagged out and so did Kane, so Taker and Triple H were the legal men. Taker had the advantage. He got Triple H in an arm wringer and walked on the ropes and came down on Triple H's arm. Austin came in and Taker turned around and scoop slammed him and then repeated his walking the ropes move on him. Austin rolled out of the ring and him and Triple H started to walk out again. Kane followed them and knocked them both down and they made their way back to the ring. A friend with weed is a friend indeed. A friend without it is a friend in need. Triple H took Taker to the outside and slammed him into the table and then threw him back to Austin in the ring, who went to work on him. Austin stomped away at him and then tagged Triple H back in. Taker was in the corner and he started throwing desperation blows at both men and finally broke free, but Triple H hit a facebuster and then Taker followed right up and hit a DDT on Triple H, but could not make the cover. Austin then whipped Taker off the ropes and clotheslined him down and then tried to follow up and Taker got him by the throat. Triple H came in and Taker got him as well, but he could not execute. Kane nailed Austin and then went after Triple H, who was climbing the other ringpost. He took down Triple H and then went back to work on Austin. Austin went for the Stunner and missed and Kane nailed him with a big boot. Kane was grabbing his arm and Austin took him down with an arm bar and then used the ropes to put more pressure on Kane's injured arm. A friend with weed is a friend indeed. Austin took the chair and slammed it down on Kane's arm several times. Triple H then came out and slammed Kane into the steel ring steps. Austin got the ref's attention and Triple H took cheap shots on Kane's arm from the outside. Austin went back to work on Kane and then tagged Triple H back into the match. Kane whipped Austin into the ropes and Austin hit a suplex on him. Triple H then went upstairs and tried to hit the injured Kane, but he lifted the boot to his face and took him down. He went for the cover, but Taker reached in and stopped the count. Undertaker came in while the ref was sending Triple H to his corner and chokeslammed the WWF Champion. He took down both Triple H and Austin and then went to work on Triple H in the corner. He whipped Austin into the corner and then nailed him and Triple H with big boots to the face. Undertaker hit Triple H with the Last Ride, but the ref thought he was never tagged in and would not make the count. Austin hit the Stunner on Kane and then rolled out of the ring. Stephanie then handed Triple H a title belt and he tried to hit Kane with it, but the boot was lifted and Triple H was on the receiving end of a gold belt to the face. Stephanie came into the ring and Kane knocked her out. Vince then came out with a sledgehammer. He handed it to Triple H and he nailed Kane in the head with it. A friend with weed is a friend indeed. The referee finally got back in the ring and made a slow 3-count and Steve Austin and Triple H became and new tag team champions. This makes Triple H the second ever WWF Grand Slam Champion. | Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01 | Thanks for the updates but seriously, I think I had as much enjoyment reading that crap as I would have watching it. Usually you like have to watch the next Raw just to see the fallout from the PPV from the night before but not this time. Maybe just saying this cause I didn't see this PPV but it certainly sounds like it blew big time. | ||||
