| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | Benoit and Jericho are both extremely talented performers and with the right push can absolutely be main eventers for the long term. Benoit needs to work on his mic skills a bit, but he has gotten better and better. The big problem now is that with HHH out, we are short one big time heel. Who will get that push now? Big Show? I don't think he has the long term stamina to maintain that status. Do you now bring the Rock back as a heel? I think they may need to tap the potential WCW talent for a temporary heel. Vinnie will need to pull some more magic from his bag of tricks, but it should be interesting. Say hello to my little friend(s)! Once again I am newbieless. | ||||

The only problem with that is that they need someone right now and it would probably be wiser to build Rhyno up over time. Also, we learned about HHH's injury, meaning that the company is w/o their #1 face (the Rock) AND their #2 heel. That means someone's getting promoted. Not to mention Taijiri is back on TV. Yeah, great show, but can Big Vinny Mac pull this off every time? I highly doubt it. The shows will probably start sucking again after Invasion in July. Anyone else friggin' hate RTC? Cripes, everytime I heard that damned siren, I wanna change the channel. The only good part about RTC is that they perpetually get their collective ass kicked. Trish doing the worm.... interesting. Benoit, Jericho, Austin, Tazz, Nova, Lynn, Tajiri, Rhyno, Big Show. The WWF has the people all they gotta do IS USE THEM RIGHT AND THEN THEY WONT NEED TO BRING BACK THE ROCK SO EARLY!! | ||||

If they do bring back Rock, he could turn to be a heel real easy. All it took for Austin was a little asswippin on good ole JR and the people were spitting at him on the way out of the ring.  | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Sep. 00 | I thought that TLC match was fantastic, full of some great high spots...I really hope they keep the belts on Benoit/Jericho for awhile...Its a shame HHH got hurt, the idea of him taking on Benoit at KOTR was awesome. I hope they use Jericho/Austin as the main event. As far as a new top heel goes, I really hope they do something fresh and dont recycle something we have already seen. | O&A Board Veteran Registered: May. 00 | something i heard kicked around is giving austin a new running buddy. someone who gets him out of jams like hhh did at the pay-per-view. now dont laugh but the name i heard being knocked around is "the heartbreak kid". something to the effect of both being from texas and being 2 badasses from texas. now that could be interesting but i dont know how many bumps you are going to get out of hbk. if anyone can make it work it'll be vince. and a push for a major heel in the federation. how about angle????? hes done it before and he was one of the better champions they have had.(better than rock's tired act at least) hes got the best mic skills out there right now(better than austin) and he can get a crowd to hate him using only a couple of words. hes one of the best in-ring technicians out there. all in all i think thats an idea i would like to see. I am not a huge fan but he would draw tremendous heat and is a pretty good worker. That was the best Smackdown ever. Then he comes back and gets the conchairto right to the ribs. Every1 thought that he was dead. Then he comes back and barely climbs the ladder, but wins it. Benoit and Y2J are becoming unstoppable.
