Goldberg, Hogan, Brett Hart, Ken Shamrock, etc. I'd love to see any of these wrestlers back (even old ass Hogan) but will it ever work? There are a million names who don't look like they're coming back.

Well, if you mean to the WWF, then youre right, except for Shamrock and Goldberg. I also doubt that the Red Rooster will come back anytime soon lol. Seriously though, I always thought, and still do think, that Shamrock will come back to the WWF. Goldberg is a question, cause of his contract. Hogan is starting a new promotion, and Bret will probably be involved with it. I wouldnt be surprised if SHamrock and/or Goldberg go to Hogan's federation as well.

Hogans federation has been canceled for the time being. Hopefully the talent pool will now decide to pursue WWF Careers again. I personally would like to see Randy Savage get his ass beat again.

Come on dude, you should know better than to use the words "never" and "wrestling" in the same thought.;)

With that said...

Goldberg - Sitting out his gazillion dollar contract. If he ever returns to wrestling, it won't be for a few years, unless Vince gets REALLY desperate. But, after his Time Warner deal runs out, and he realizes that he has no other options except for wrestling, he'll be knocking hard on Vince McMahon's corporate door. Guaranteed.

Hogan - It's no secret, Vince wants to bring him back to the WWF, and he wants it BAD (he tried to bring him for Wrestlemania XVII). If Hulkster never gets his promotion off the ground, I definitely see him returning to the WWF. And if he does get his promotion running, may god have mercy on our souls...

Bret Hart - The closest to "never" that there is in wrestling. I don't see him returning to the ring, ever, and especially not for any fed owned by Vince McMahon. But never say never...

Ken Shamrock - I think he'll be back. It's been said that he's still on good terms with the WWF, so when he's done with MMA, why wouldn't he return?

Oh, and mikeWOW, Vince also wants Ric Flair, even if he is "old talent." The man is a fuckin' legend, and legends are damn hard to come by. Still, with his TW contract, don't expect to see him any time soon.

My take:

Goldberg - please stay away
Hogan - GOOD GOD PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!
Flair - Please come back, please come back, we miss you on the mic
Shamrock - No reason he wouldn't/couldn't come back as he burned no bridges
Bret Hart - Sadly he won't come back. As much as we would all love for him to be back, it just won't happen (IMHO)

Oh, and I don't think that Tug Boat or Giant Silba will come back either

Since we are kinda on the subject of wrestlers coming back wheres rikishi? And I do think that HBK will sooner or later make a return. Every so often they got him on heat for a min or 2.

So he was on one time on the night of a PPV. You said a couple of times he shows up. Besides all that is is final hype for the PPV for last minute buyers. I think he was the ref for the main event.

HBK will be back for a farewell type thing eventually, when he realizes that it is the end.

Goldberg would be great to see if the time was right, but now, he is not needed.

Flair would be great to see, he truly can work the mike, and he is a legend. Simple enough.

As far as Bret Hart, I doubt it. Usually, squabbles are over something minor. Bret's original fight with Vince was minor, but the second was about the death of his brother. Then again, The Hart Family did make an appearance, so who knows...

HBK--- I hold out hope for a HBK, Scott Hall, HHH reunion, with Nash and X-Pac thrown in for good measure. I just hope one of HBK's comebacks lasts more than an hour or 2.

Flair---It's time. He has to know that the opportunity, and demand, for a Nature Boy return won't be there in a few years. Maybe as a personality, but not as a competitor

Heenan---The answer to the Lawler situation

Buelah---I'm allowed to dream, ain't I?

i hope i never see that gay bastard buff fagwell ever again.

golberg- i agree that once his current deal is over he'll be coming knocking on vince's door. and unfortunately vince will take him.
bret hart- i don't know, maybe.
shamrock-j.r. is already hinting a return, but he also did this months ago.
HBK-now that theres' no more competition, we might never see him again. as he was used to get a ratings boost.
flair-his mic skils are enogh to sing him.

the steiners definately need to come back. I miss the genetic freak..

Hogan is a must. you're telling me that if 'real american' kicked up and the hulkster came running out, that wouldn't be the greatest thing ever? It certainly would take be back to the good ol' days..

For example: Kindest Regards, Your Name
