Froy,

I love Clapton, but man the prices for his shows specifically, are outrageous. I'm thankful for all of the music he's given us, from The Yardbirds through Cream, Derek, and all of the solo work. But it is a shame that the cheapest seat is $35 , and that is if one is handicapped...

If I could confirm that Doyle Bramhall II is on guitar, then I'm there for the last ever Clapton show I'll see...this dude out of Austin is truely awesome. Check out ARC Angels, a tribute to SRV...

I've seen him twice, once w/ Elton John, and then again on his blues tour, he is absolutely amazing. He does not have a bad song.

Damn, I cannot fucking wait to see him. I've wanted to see him for years, but was always either busy or lacking funds. This time, I will be sure to go, no matter what the cost (hell, if I can spend $100 for nosebleed seats to the U2 concert this summer, I can spend a little cash to see the guitar god)
