I do too, especially this is the first interview that I've read in which the topic was discussed and Raimi was optimisitic about it. Bruce has said several times that he would do it provided the script was solid and Sam was running the show.

Look how long it took them to come out with Army of Darkness after Evil Dead 2. It will be out in about 10 years. They are waiting for ash to age naturally. :)
