either extract the video,,,, or keep the folder open once you double click the real video file

He means they are .ZIP files, and you will need a program called WinZip to "extract" the Real Video files from within the compressed .ZIP file. Then you can play the Real Video clip using a program called RealPlayer to watch these videos.

There's my good computing deed for the day :-D
