| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Jan. 01  | OK, a few more Ive gotten..... Ween - God Ween Satan. This is their first album. I've been looking for it for awhile. The yare a great band. If you want to check them out, but their Chocolate And Cheese album first. It is amazing. Radiohead - Amnesiac. I like this album alot. In many ways it's very similar to Kid A, but I think it has more of an "eloctronica" groove to it. More beats to the songs. Melvins - Stoner Witch. GREAT album. GET THIS TODAY!!!. Melvins - Houdini. Another great album, not as good as Stoner Witch though. | ||||

C. Addle AKA Eddie Vedder and it's a surprisingly good song) Staind - Dysfunction (they have such great songwriting talent!) Halfway to Gone - High Five (EXCELLENT!) Che - Sounds of Liberation (desert smokin music :) ) **picking up STP today (and Stoner Witch kicks ass Maynard)  | ||||

| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Jan. 01 | Got a few more..... Gorillaz - Gorillaz. This album is friggin Great! Moby - Play. I never bought this album. I don't know why, but I never edid. I have every one of his older albums including a lot of rare stuff. So I saw it today and picked it up. Staind - Break The Cycle. Well, I thought I'd give this a try. Haven't listened to the whole thing through yet, but what I've listened to, is ok. Minutemen - Introducing The Minutemen. Well, this is a band that you love, or hate. | ||||

The Band features Mike Patton, Buzz Osborne, Dave Lombardo, Trevor Dunn. This is their second album and it just kicks ass. All the songs are covers of movie songs. The Directors Cut Here is a little quote I found about the band.... So named in honor of the anti-hero of a series of legendary French crime novels, Fantomas was formed by singer Mike Patton in the wake of the break-up of his previous band, Faith No More. After cutting a rough demo in early 1998, Patton recruited Melvins guitarist Buzz Osbourne, Mr. Bungle bassist Trevor Dunn and Slayer drummer Dave Lombardi to flesh out the recording; the group then played their debut show in San Francisco in mid-June of that year, with Fantomas' self-titled debut album following in the spring of 1999. And I am also copying as I type this.... Air - 10,000 mhz The few trakcs I've heard already are really good. I actually forgot, when I was on vacation I bought a few used cd's too. The Mothers - Fillmore East June 1971 Great live album. Some really great versions of their stuff. Frank Zappa - Strictly Commercial This album is ok. It's some of his "popular" stuff. I like his more obscure songs, but still, there is no bad Zappa. Nitzer Ebb - Ebbhead Early 90's Industrial. Good stuff. Depeche Mode - Ultra Early 90's album from them. Typical Depeche Mode stuff. | Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | I picked up the Fantomas cd and it totally RULES!! Those guys really show off their versatility in this release. I usually don't like 'supergroups', but this one is a real winner. I haven't been excited about a new release in a while and this is just what I needed to KICK MY ASS!! Claire- definitely pick up some mudhoney. I like most of their stuff, especially the early years. Does anyone know when the vinyl version of Tool's 'Lateralus' comes out? Josh | ||||

| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Jan. 01 | Disturbed - Sickness - Nothing too great. I bought this because I liked the singers voice. Musically the album is ok. Clutch - Elephant Riders - What another great friggin album from them. I recently got into them. I bought their newest album awhile ago and listen to it all the time. This album is more southern rock then their newer album. It kicks ass. Not as many "hits" as the new album, but don't pass it by because of that. The title track fucking rocks and it's followed by many more kick ass tunes. I picked all these up used. All mint condition for $5 or less. Gotta love Compact Disc World! Sugarcubes - Here Today Tomorrow - Nice. What else can I say. Anything from Bjork is great. Especially her old stuff. This is a great album from them from '89. Their second if I recall correctly. KMFDM - Sucks - This is a single from them. It has 6 or so remixes of this song. Typical KMFDM. Nitzer Ebb - Big Hit - If you like Industrial, this is a great band. If not, pass it by. Melvins - Honky - How did I find this for $5??? People just don't know what they're getting rid of. Suckers. This is yet another awesome album by the best band in the world. | ||||

Queens of the Stone Age - R 3. Disturbed - Down With The Sickness (because nothing makes me laugh harder than that guy screaming "Plates on your ass, bitch!" repeatedly.) 4. Train - Drops of Jupiter 5. Dave Navarro - Trust No One 6. Weezer - Green album 7. Radiohead - Amnesiac 7 1/2. Cult - Beyond Good And Evil 8. At The Drive-in - Relationship of Command 9. Tool - Lateralus 10. Black Crowes - Lions I also bought the new REM, Depeche Mode, Travis and Lifehouse but all are pretty disappointing. Oh yeah, and the new Better Than Ezra kinda sucks which is a shame, since their last album was genius I thought. OK, so I piss away a lot of money on CDs... www.10headshigh.com | ||||

| Hanger-On Registered: May. 01 | Maynard, the Navarro album didn't really hit me at first, but it got addictive with repeated listens. And Spitfire, the BTE album I'm talking about is called "How Does Your Garden Grow" and I think I am the only one who has it (King of N.O. was on Friction Baby, the predecessor to "Garden") but it is one of my absolute favorites. QOTSA blew me away from the first listen - I noticed that you had an "Auto Pilot" quote in your sig for a while but I never got a chance to commend you on that. Rock. www.10headshigh.com | ||||

| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Jan. 01 | Sigur Rós - Agaetis Byrjun Oh my god. This album is absolutely amazing. I'm not sure how well it will go over with most of you though, but it has now become one of my favorites. They have a Radiohead/Air feel to them. They are masters of distorting time and space. It takes them like 10 minutes to develop an idea, but it's well worth the wait. This band is in no hurry to get to the end of the song, and when they do, you wish they would start it all over again. 5 Coconuts | ||||
