Psychopath Registered: Feb. 01	Well, the new STP album is coming out June 19th, and so they're debuting the first single lately, and they've played it on Gay-Rock ad nauseum (gee, what a shock, Gay-Rock playing the same song over and over again), called "Days of the Week." I'm hoping against hope that Weiland being sober doesn't kill the band cause usually when a band's writer is always under the influence of drugs and turns sober the end result is SOBER= SHITTY MUSIC (see: Aerosmith). But the first single aint that bad. Not exactly the best STP song ever, and a little too pop-ish, but that's STP. Either real hard or real pop-ish. In the end though, it's a decent song. Anybody here heard it yet? Am I being too kind here and I'm just covering up for the fact the CD is gonna blow cuz Scott is sober, or am I NOT being a blind STP loyalist, and it's a decent song? HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLO!

O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01	I don't really like the new song, but it has nothing to do with him being sober. He did the last album sober too...not all bands can put out great albums time and time again...don't take it as a sign that they are over or anything like that. Psychopath Registered: Dec. 00	i will definatly pick up the new album. At first i really didn't like song. But like i said in the other thread it will grow on ya and now that i have heard it a few times it aint as badas i had it pinned. "what about me, what about raisin"
