O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00	When I go to the OA.com homepage I noticed the times for the last post in that forum do not match the actual time for the last post. Psychopath Registered: Jan. 02	I was having that problem the other day...Reload the page, times would be correct...Read a board, hit BACK and the old stuff would appear...Hit refresh, all was again well...I think it's all just a clever ploy to get banner hits... :rolleyes: Kindest Regards, Your Name

O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00	Actually, it's not a banner thing (heh... those things are almost useless)... more closely related to a cache thing. See, your browser will cache the page. For faster loading, when you hit back, your browser will load the cached copy off your hard drive. Reason? Well, your browser doesn't know this is a changing message board... regular web pages don't change, so it can get away with its little cache trick. That's why sometimes you have to hit Refresh.
