Every time I try to send someone IMs, the first message it send is something like this:

Hi,
http://209.246.215.15:8180

Anybody know what it is, and how to stop it.

Did you try reinstalling messanger? Have you e-mailed their tech support? They are very good about getting back to people.

Is that IP related to you somehow? If not, it sounds vaguely virus-like. Like an offshoot of all the Outlook-centered viruses. Well, even if that IP is yours, it all sounds rather suspicious.

Yahoo sucks. Just picture a baby flipping you off here.
It wasn't lies, it was just...bullshit.
