YES!!!!!! The Opie Curse is giving me HOPE for the Yankee's season. THANK YOU OPIE!!!!!

Unfortunately, I think the Yankees are in too deep for even the Opie curse to save them.

Well he did say that the Yanks would lose and they didnt and he did say that the isles would win and they didnt. maybe the curse is rearing its ugly head once again? well its early in the season so well see what happens.

damn, the yankees won, i want to see them out of the playoff tree, oakland deserves to win too, they had such a good record, but yet are the wildcard, damn mariners

Well, I had posted a topic on this in the General Discussion board talking about Opie and they deleted it, because apparently my death threats weren't obviously sarcastic and humorous enough for the tools here to figure out I was joking (I mean, yeah the topic was "KILL OPIE!", but I don't think that's too threatening), but I do want to say how stupid Opie is. I mean, every single time, he goes and ruins it with his stupid curse and never learns. I know he's a mutt, but that Polish in his blood is really coming into the forefront.

I love the guy, but he's a tool. Now, if the Yanks win tonight I have to listen to Ant be an arrogant asshole again. Jesus. And don't brag on hockey too much, there, Ranger fans. Something tells me you'll still be watching us in the playoffs. In closing, KILL MESSIER. (This was just a test to see if they'll delete this, too, TOOLS.)

I hope they dont get syndicated in Oakland, i dont need the Raiders ending up like the Isles have been in past years. But yes the Opie curse kicks ass.
