First off, Happy Turkey Day to you all...But I think it goes without saying, I simply can't listen to John Madden and not think of Frank Caliendo's impressions, but that's a whole other story...

anyways... Holy Shit.... I figured the Lions were out...which they pretty much were for the whole game, but they came screaming back in the 4th... the 2 touchdowns (one with a 2 point conversion and one missed) and the onsides kick were great... they got totally hosed on that "lack" of a touchdown call the fist time. They should have won the game...

And what the fuck was thePhantom Menace Post Game Turkey Leg award at the end... Fucking Farve looked like such a tool...

ok..now it's time to watch the cowboys suffer a humiliating defeat...

Amazing finish. Crap I missed the post-turkey-game-phantom-show or whatever it was.

The funniest friggin thing was watching Matt Millen curse at high hell when a) They didn't review the endzone sideline play b) when they missed the second 2-point conversion. Absolutely classic.

Then again, watching Brett Favre on the sidelines get pissed at his defense was also fun. The color guy on the radio said the Lions were going to be a dangerous team because they had nothing to lose and could take risks. And that onside was quite a risk. I don't recall ever seeing a kick like that.

If the Broncos lose today they'll be in deep trouble in the AFC playoff picture, and one less team the Jets have to worry about is one step closer to the playoffs. So for this Sunday, go Tennesee, go Cincinnati, go Giants, and KC and Buffalo.

Hopefully Francine's pick of a home team win today comes true.

3-3 in Dallas, early on.

ok... can somebody please explain to me what the fuck was with the Halftime show during the Cowboys Vs. Denver game... Creed (ick) with the wacky dancers and gymnasts and whatknot... the only saving grace was a few shots of some of the Cowboys Cheerleaders... I'm just happy that the Cowboys are losing...I hate them... well, I hate the Bronco's too, but not nearly as much as the Cowboys...

How about a positive LSD story, that would be newsworthy. Don't you think? Anybody think that? Just once, to hear a positive LSD story. I don't ever remember seeing a kick like that either but it was fucking brilliant. The moved the ball pretty far down the field doing that. I'll bet we'll be seeing alot more of that in the future.

Yeah... that onsides kick was nice... fake with the right foot & kick it with the left...

The Lions also had nice fake punt (I think it was on the TD drive before the onside kick)...they had a 4th and long and snapped it to the up-back who ran for a 1st down... not as unusual as the other play, but still a good play nonetheless...

Plus, I must say I am elated that the Cowboys lost again...

The real question is, Can Dave Campo add? Oh, how a 2 point converion or two could have made Denvers flight home extra long.

Well, id have to say that both of the gtames today were incredible to watch. Mike McMahon (a RU grad :)), did a hell of a job today, but made a rookie mistake at the end. Hopefully this foreshadows a good weekend of football, with there being a bunch of good games on paper.
