Once you've had a chance to look at the brackets, name your picks for the Final Four. Then pick who you think will make it to the final game and the eventual winner. | Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | The closest a 16 came to beating a 1 was in 1989 when Princeton was oh soooo close to defeating Georgetown....Zo Mourning was a frosh, and the Tigers were working that back-door to perfection. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00 | Angelo, First off Kansas is a #4 seed not a #3 seed, and they will be ousted in the Second Round by the Orangemen just like the way Syracuse beat them in the West Regional Final in 96. My Final Four is 3/4ths ACC. East- Duke South- North Carolina Midwest- Mississippi West- Maryland Duke over Mississippi in the Finals. UPSET Picks- Look for #11 Oklahoma State in the East to get all the way to the Regional Final before losing to Duke. Midwest #1 seed, Illinois will get all they can handle by #8 Tennessee in the 2nd Round. At one point this year Tennessee was as high as the #4 ranked team in the Nation. I predict Tennessee to beat Illinois. Syracuse will make a run and beat Tennessee to avenge an early season loss to the Volunteers before losing to Ole Miss in the Midwest Regional Final.  | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | Even though Duke beat UNC 2x already, UNC will undoubtedly rebound. Florida is no real challenge and UNC MSU will be a huge game but Forte, Capel and Co. will be too much. In the final game it will be DUKE UNC 4 and UNC will come out on top | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Sep. 00 | Francine and Mi1o.... I more than anyone else, except Francine perhaps, would LOVE to see the Orange in the Final Four. But reality sets in and tells me there is no way in hell they're getting that far. Hawaii is going to give them all they can handle, as has every other first round team the Orange has faced. If, and I do mean if, they make it to the Sweet 16...their total lack of an inside presence kills them right there. Good run Mr. Boeheim, time to go home now. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00 | I actually saw the end of the Hawaii game on Saturday Night during commercials of Saturday Night Live, and Hawaii didnt impress me at all. They scored a lucky basket on a broken play with 2 seconds left to send it to Overtime against Tulsa. They are a one man team and they dont have a big presence either. I just hope that Shumpert has healed from that eye injury. I dont think Syracuse will have a problem with Hawaii. And remember Syracuse played a very weak game against Pittsburgh and lost Shumpert for the Second Half and Overtime and still lost by only one point on a Foul Shot with 3 seconds left in Overtime. The Syracuse-Kansas 2nd Round game should be a very good one, but Kansas is another team that is over rated, and if Syracuse plays like they did against Connecticut, and for a majority of the game against Providence, they can and will beat Kansas. Its the next week when the lack of a big presence inside will catch up to them. | ||||
