As a Yankee fan, I would, because we have something to watch. The World Series.

This world rejects me
This world threw me away
This world never gave me a chance

I said I would never watch a game again after the last strike but I ended up going back anyway. But if they strike this time, thats it.

Speaking of strikes, i read that supposedly the WNBA is going to have a strike too. Fucking women's basketball players and owners cant get along. Thats truly pathetic. That just shows how retarded this whole strike talk is.

As far as baseball goes, the last time the expos were good there was a strike. Coincidence anyone?

Thanks to Austin for the pic

A strike in any sport is like saying fuck you to the fans. So I wont watch if they strike again. What is the matter $10-20 million a season is not good enough? You have Cops and Firefighters putting there life on the line for a maximum of $65K a year.. FUCK THEM!!!

That isn't the point. If that were the case, yes FD & PD would take home over a million, and lawyers would make $20k.

The point is this is a free market. Players should be paid what the market bears.

Rather than get into that argument - who's right owners or players (because they both are wrong), it is amazing to me how they never learn about public relations.

The same way the bottom seems to have dropped out of the stock market, sports can lose the luster if the public stays away. However, John Q Public has never showed the balls to say no and stay away. Look how there are fewer and fewer sporting events on "free" TV. Until we change, they'll continue to take advantage.

2002 Crack Committee Objectives: (modified version)(You gotta try and believe....)
1.Hate the Braves with PASSION and extreme prejudice
1a. Try and go a week without having to punch a wall in frustration after watching the Mets play
2. 90 Wins and somehow get the Mets into playoffs this year
3. All 5 Starters have winning records this year
3a.Have team understand it is OK to get a hit with runners on base.
4. Mets win World Series (after divine intervention)

After the last MLB strike I don't think I have watched an entire game from start to finish. I watch Sportscenter now and don't even know who some of the star players are in baseball. If they strike again I hope this is the nail in the coffin for a sport that is slowly becoming an afterthought. Baseball will always be around in some way, but nothing would be greater than to see team after team fold because of dwindling revenue. MLB owners and players need to be taught a lesson.
