well after a bit of a conflict, namely the phillies not wanting to give up a home rain date in sept, the nfl schedule was released tonight and i gotta say there are some intriguing matchups, not only on primetime but all through the season. the primetime matchups are as follows::

the first monday game is something special since the broncos will be opening up their new 76,125 seat arena against the giants. should be a site to see

The game: Sunday, Oct. 28 (Bills at Chargers)
doug flutie(bills old qb) vs the man who replaced him, Rob Johnson

thanksgiving games denver vs. dallas and
green bay vs. detroit

The game: Saturday, Dec. 29 (Ravens at Buccaneers)
battle of who made the right choice in signing free agent qbs, johnson for tampa bay or grbac in baltimore

should be an interesting season i must say :)

Another interesting note is the last two Monday Night games will be on Saturday because of Christmas and New Year's Eves...

I'm just happy I get to see my Niners at least twice...

Giants fans, dont be expecting 12-4 with that schedule this year. Its just a tad tougher than this previous years schedule.
