And for the first time this season there worlds will collide. Let the trash talking begin!!!!! The Yankees may have handled us in the Series and the Mets may suck this year but it is our turn, right? Although, this is a bigger series for the Mets than the Yankees, this is the a big series for both teams with Steinbrenner riding Torre's ass and the Mets 9 games out. Let's Go Mets! | Psychopath Registered: Feb. 01 | Roger Celmens is a Pussy For a person who acts like such a tough guy, he sure doesn't show it. Even David Wells called him a pussy. A real man would demand to bat leadoff after his past actions. This big tough guy only acts like one when he knows that there are people around to protect him. Lets see him dig in at the dish with Benitez on the mound, now that proves something. To all you Yankee fans, you do have a point by saying that Piazza is soft, but we all know who the pussy is. It's hard to believe that he is a hall of fame pitcher with that attitude. Clemens reminds me of the kid in elementary school who starts fights and then goes and runs behind the teacher when shit is about to go down. I would be embarrassed to have him on my squad. Let Go Mets!

He shouldve stayed on third, i cant believe he was sent....oh well, another nail biter Oh to fez and all the other class act yankee fans, (not all obviously) which one of you assalted me on fulton street today? I was waiting for a friend to get out of work with my mets jersey on and some guy with a jeter jersey came up to me and yelled mets suck! I smiled and said "your right, they do suck." Then his friend knocked my soda out of my hand into the street. Before I could react, the other kid went to I guess knock my hat off and ended up missing and punched me in the face, brusing my nose and lip. Then they ran off. If you don't mind paying some color form the crayola crayon box (apoligize) $20 to "watch it" (which means if you don't give it to him, he keys your car and slashes your tires). I admit Shea is old and it sucks, but If it where'nt for Yankee Stadium tradition, it would be THE worst stadium in baseball. just walk the halls, it looks like a prison. Surely its better than some of those other American League monstosities like Fengay, or the Jake, or Tropicana Field. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | of those three you mentioned, only tropicana is any worse than shea. the jake was the first of those new stadiums built, and is really nice i've been there once its a very cool place to see a game. as for fenway, yeah its a little small and very old, but it still has more charm and appeal than shea stadium ever will. tropicana is a shithole, worse than shea but that and the vet in philly are the only 2 i can think of worse than the dump the mets play in. i swear you did, but you looked away too quick was i a fool to think that you'd take me home as if i was yours was i a fool to think at all | ||||
