Does the soy and tofu have a decent taste, or is it something you have to get used to?

Okay, so enlighten me. How does one prepare soy and/or tofu?

I don't know. I never really prepare it myself. I just go to the supermarket and buy Morningstar farms.

soy and tofu absorb the flavors of what you cook it in...unlike meat which has it's own flavors that you uses stuff to accent it with.

Ech, so I'm still stuck cooking?

you can get it pre-pared..but lots of times they are as fattening as the meat dishes. and they are pricey too.

the best way I find to cook, is to have someone else do it for you

Amen.

I'll even trade...I'll bake if someone else will cook.
