I realize that this was a real link, but I still call bullshit on the story.
If people with AIDS wanted to give their AIDS, they can certainly do it in a much quicker fashion than fucking someone.
Also, you would think that a person with AIDS would realize that it's nearly impossible for a woman to give AIDS to a man. Especially given that if a woman is forcefucking some guy, she's probably not going to get very wet and transfer many vaginal juices to even give the guy AIDS.
This just reeks of urban legend.
