There was a report that Jesse Ventura might consider running for president for 2008. I don't think this is a bad thing. The political parties have denegraded so far from the common man that we only have the extremes to choose from this year. Bush is a Nazi, Kerry is a Hippie. Throw in the commie Nader as a third party choice, and I am crying for Dukakis, Perot, anyone else. Hell, Robertson wouldn't be a bad choice.
So, is the political aspirations, or call of civic duty, from a former Navy Seal and "Clown Shoes" entertainer a good thing for the country, or have we gone too far that it doesn't matter what the ordinary people want. It will just get worse and worse until the people rise up and overthrow the government and start over again?

The Independant/Green/Third Party needs to be established to the point where their candidate will be viewed as a potential winner in every election.
