I have heard many things about Bush being the environmentally unfriendly president, but this one ummm I'm not sure. How can a forest be overgrown?? Can some of you tree hugging types help me out on this?? Forest Thinning

Our President wants to reduce the chances of forest fires by eliminating trees, which help the atmosphere by creating oxygen from carbon dioxide, a form of gas known to help create the so-called "greenhouse effect", which raises the earth's temperature and increases the risks of errant heat sparks...
