What up people? Sorry I havent been around, work is kicking my ass. But I have a problem and you guys are the only ones I cant think of savvy enough to help. Scary isnt it? I have the clientman virus on my comp. I removed it with ad aware with no trouble. But now my internet will not work. I pinged it and it returned the data packets fine. I did a restore to the day before, putting clientman back on, and it works fine, I take it off, no worky. And now for some reason, I cant go back to the previous restore and clientman is gone and Im stuck with my internet not working. Please you techies out there, help me, I tried searching on the internet for a solution, but all I can find is how to remove clientman, not how to correct the damge done by removing it. PLEASE HELP! Thanks dicks. Flame away.

I tried the stupid removal link, and that didnt work. Besides, the clientman is already gone. I need to know how to get my IE working again. The removal of it has disabled my IE.

reinstall/repair IE - use the Windows CD or download the IE client and MS.com and reinstall. Export your bookmarks, repair, then import tham back - you're good as new.

borrow a CD from someone - or use someone elses PC to download IE - this isn't rocket science.
