It's not a painting in the canvas sense

But it is my favorite piece of art work and hangs above my bed.

Michaelangelo's depiction of "The Creation Of Man" that is on the ceiling of the sistine chapel, which I shall one day see in person in my lifetime.

Hieronymous Bosch is probably my favorite painter. The thing I love about Bosch is that there's so much going on in just about all of his paintings, he didn't just do simple pictures like portraits or landscapes. The guy was pretty much out of his mind, haunted his entire life by recurring nightmares of torture and hell which were the focus of his work.

I've got prints of Bosch's "Last Judgment" hanging in my living room, which never fail to get a reaction.
