Now, before you think this is an abject failure, they *are* up - and it takes at least 2 ratings books before you have a solid idea what's going to happen.
This book also is when Blink was "stunting" and had no DJ's, it was straight out music.
Meanwhile, watch as Chickenhawk starts screaming about how right he is and how Infinity doesn't know what they are doing.
