Do the rangers ever learn? how can they keep making the same mistakes? Signing Jagr will be a horrible move. Rangers would be much better off if they bring up a bunch of young guys and let them grow into rangers. In 94 we had a mix of homegrown young rangers and older role players. since then we keep going down the mercenary route and it never works.

I originally heard that the Rangers and Capitals were looking to make a trade, Lindros for Jagr straight up. When I first heard that I thought the Caps had to be nuts. Jagr for Lindros and 1 or 2 other players maybe, but no way straight up.
Anyway, I believe that's a moot point now as I've read recently that Lindros is staying in New York. Sorry Rangers' fans.

Only bring Jagr in if you can get rid of Lindros - you do that and I'll tolerate Jagr-meister on our team.
but, how about we decide on a coach first, huh guys?
