How so does a team have "a fluke" 14-2 year after losing their pass rusher for the entire year, their top rush defender for 3/4 of the year, a probowl DB for the entire year, while having prowbowlers Troy Brown and Ty Law hobbled for the entire year.
And no one said that Miami would be great, but they are definitely better than the Jets. Jet's defense is absolutely atrocious. Miami's is great. Player by player; Jets may have a better offense; but doesn't make up for the huge gap in defense.

Even if they do improve the way you mentioned, are they still better than KC, Indianapolis (also bad defense but MUCH better offense), Denver, hell even Cincy?
