As amusing as that is, it's simply bogus.
1) The prison was built by Iraqis using their architecture and building materials. I'm sure the color scheme is rather universal throughout the area.
2) The plastic chair is also in one of the photos with England and Graner posing (her sitting, him leaning over her). Believe it or not, Iraq actually has plastics and rumor also has it: chairs.
3) Normally Berg sported a bald head and was usually clean shaven. Up until 4/10 he was known to be staying in hotels (on 4/10 he checked into the Baghdad Al-Fanar Tower Hotel). He was very likely to be showering up until his capture, and probably was given access to one during.
4) "Insurgents?"....haha. Try Animals. Remember the guy they caught last year that looked like Ron Jeremy? We all know people who don't live in America have no access to food and must be poster children for UNICEF.
5) Spc. Charles A. Graner, Jr. (Glasses guy) was removed from his post on Jan 17th, due to the investigation into the abuses. Berg was at home in February in West Chester, PA. Time and place, not your guy.
6) The shoe point is simply silly. You cannot discern even what style of shoe the man is wearing,. ...coloration? It's a boot. they come in 3 colors. Black, Brown, and Tan. When they're fairly worn out, they all tend to turn the same colors.
7) It's obviously been translated. Prisoner, Detainee, Hostage are probably the same word in Arabic. Arabic is not a very specific language.
8) A prepared statement obviously. The person knows this is going to be seen on CNN and around the world. He's making sure he's not going to leave something out.
9 , 10 , 11, 12, 13) They probably slit his throat causing him to bleed out. Then left him there. After watching the tape it probably became evident that it wasn't powerful enough, so they costumed back up and cut his head off. Kind of like the Iwo Jima photo being staged. Also accounts for changes in personnel positioning and headwear.
14) Who knows how old the camcorder is, perhaps upon a battery swap the clock resets, who knows how much editing was done, or even if it was all 1 camera.
15) Ever seen a person who has been decapitated? My 2nd day on the job there was an auto accident where a guy ran right into the rear end of a flatbed truck with is Chevy Van. His head looked almost like a prop used for a play. I've seen it first hand, it's almost eerie.
