I just got finished watching this. It's where the best of Japanese chefs take on our best. Bobby Flay, Mario Battali, and Wolfgang Puck. If anyone has actually seen the original, the guy who runs it, Chairman Kaga, Holy shit what a friggin fag. He's like the Japanese Liberace of food. His nephew is the Chairman on this one. The whole idea of the show is to take an ingredient and make like 4 or 5 dishes in an hour. Then it's judged by a bunch of people like food critics and celebrities. It's actually cool to watch what they make.
