They had an article about this in Time Magazine about a year or so ago. they said that girls are developing earlier because of al the hormones they're putting in the beef, chicken, etc., that we eat.
I never understood making fun of the big titted girls in grade school. I for one was not one of the people who did. It was so funny when the guys who did the teasing were trying to hook up with the same girls they made fun of not less than a year before highschool.
