Weight Loss
#1
I was wondering if anyone knows or if there actually ARE hazards in losing weight too fast.
Like say you lose 6lbs in a week or 12lbs in 2 1/2 weeks. Is this bad?, can this potentially harm my body?........

Just wanted to know if anyone knows anything about it. Thanks.

Depends on how you do it.

The first issue that comes to mind is that you'd be using extreme measures. IE: barfing, starving yourself, ephedrin, whatever. Unless these extreme measure is part of your life forever (in which case forever wouldn't be all the long anyways) you'll not keep it off.

If you just want to fit into a slinky outfit in the next few days I'd say no.

Switch that around.

Have breakfast and lunch and then light dinners. Reason being that if you're eating and then just sitting around or lying down to sleep, your body isn't using the energy. Flip it around, and you're going to end up REALLY hungry in the day because when you're active you're running on empty.

I have NO idea what a stacker is. But your eating is backwards.

I myself never eat after 4:00 (not set in stone, just a general habit). Anything eaten earlier your body has a chance to burn off, anything after that time, unless you're very active until later in the evening, generally gets stored as fat.

I'd suggest you eat in the morning or afternoon, and go for the liquids in the evening. And LOTS of water.
