Either you are horrible at it
or
She's 12 and can't get over the creepiness of having a guy lick her naughty place
or
She just doesn't like you like you, she only likes you
Personally, the anticipation of insertion is the best part of foreplay. If you can master that art, you can get away with a lot more "exploration". If she just wants to hump, then get your hump on and be done with it. Unless you're married to her, who cares?
