My PS2 won't play certain games.
#1
Games that have blue bottoms don't seem to like being played in my PS2. It gives me a disc read error or something. Has anyone else seen this? And does anyone know if there's anyway to fix it?

you need to have it cleaned.

that started happening to me a few months back.
you have to open up your playstation to do it correctly.
if you send it off the charge about 150

Thanks. I figured as much. I am waiting for someone to give me some info on how to fix it I think it's going to be telling me how to open it up and clean it correctly. He's slacking though and I'm getting tired of waiting.

Or you call this number and have it done for free.

I have too many. Two computers with dvd-roms, the ps2, a 5 disc dvd player and a dvd-vcr It's overkill I know but that's just the way I am.

dont play your dvds in your ps2 it burns the laser out really fast and then your ps2 is fucked, the laser isnt really built to play dvds but sony tells u it is so u will fuck it up faster and have to buy a new one, and if u have trouble playing blue bottoms what gen is your ps2 the first couple batches they made were shit and sony knew it but rushed them out for that christmas year not giving a shit about the consumer plus if u have it modded its harder on the laser to play burned cds rather than the original dvd games i know ive allready gone through and early gen and had to buy a new one

header buy a dvd cleaner and run that through and stand your ps2 vertical so the laser isnt been smotherd by the disc thats another way of keeping your laser in good shape
come here lil fella tussle, tussle,
