Being that you're such a Constitutional scholar, you understand that the true genius of the Constitution was that it was written to be interpreted? I'm sure you know and understand that U.S. Supreme Court decisions are also considered part and parcel of the Constitution. I'm sure you've read all those as well, no?
Well, the Supreme Law of the Land has been mis-interpreted by many over the years.
