What'd we lose? I just caught a brief clip on a flip channel.

And thanks for that little gem, by the by.

Not like he could really help the Rangers anyways. Poor bastards that they are.

Fuck you.

You got a sweet deal.

He's 36. He'll be lucky to get another 2 to 4 out of his career.

The drafts alone were worth it.

Quote:The New York Rangers have parted ways with one of the franchise's most celebrated players, trading veteran defenceman Brian Leetch to the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for defenceman Maxim Kondratiev, forward Jarkko Immonen as well as Toronto's first-round pick in the 2004 Entry Draft and the team's second-round pick in 2005. Leetch, 36, has played 57 games for the Rangers this season collecting 36 points.

His name will still grace the MSG rafters next to Richter's in a few short years. The Rangers should have started this rebuilding 4 years ago.

So much for my prediction. The Devils are hurting for defense right about now, but thank God they didn't pick up Leetch.

I hope Toronto is the one to knock out the Devils... in Game 7... with a powerplay goal by Brian Leetch. Fuckin Jersey, any state that can't handle the idea of left hand turns doesn't deserve anything.
