Tuesday May 4, 9:30 am ET

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 4, 2004--One Voice Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:ONEV - News), developer of 4th Generation voice solutions for the Telecom and Interactive Multimedia markets, today announced that Microsoft will be demonstrating One Voice Technologies' soon-to-be released Media Center Communicator™ in the Windows Hardware Showcase at the 2004 Windows Hardware Engineering Conference (WinHEC). WinHEC brings the PC industry together each year to explore the future for the Windows platform and is being held May 4-7, 2004 in Seattle at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. The Windows Hardware Showcase will enable visitors to see firsthand what the future holds for Windows-based solutions.

One Voice's Media Center Communicator, scheduled for release mid-summer 2004, seamlessly integrates with Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 by adding a complete communications package including sending and reading e-mail, SMS text messaging to mobile phones, instant messaging, PC-to-phone calling and a full-featured voice command user interface.

Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 is available pre-installed on Media Center PCs and delivers advanced computing, plus easy-to-use integrated digital entertainment including live and recorded television, movies, music, photos and radio. The customer's digital media is all in one place, accessible on either a PC monitor or television display, using a single remote control.

"Media Center PCs provide consumers with easy access to all their favorite digital entertainment," said Brad Brooks, director of marketing in the Windows Division at Microsoft Corp. "We are excited to see companies like One Voice continuing to add value to the platform by developing innovative, integrated solutions like the Media Center Communicator voice-command system."

"We are glad to have been selected by Microsoft and showcased in their Windows Hardware Showcase," said Dean Weber, president and CEO of One Voice. "Our Media Center Communicator offers an amazing multimedia and communications experience. Imagine walking into your family room and speaking into your remote control to play music, watch TV, read and send e-mail, call to order a pizza or instant message a friend. Our Media Center Communicator delivers on this vision and will be available to consumers this summer."

Satellite Radio right now has no reason to switch over for 90% of the people out there. The remaining 10% either hate the current status of commercial radio (10-15 min breaks, the same song every hour, shitty advertising, awful formats, etc) or are tech junkies that just like having the new products.

How the hell can you seperate yourself from free radio if you're a Sat radio company, since the music is the same, the news is the same, and the broadcast games are the same (locally, anyway). There's only one factor that makes radio successful, left:

Talent (a very select few Talkers). O&A are the only ones who have proven national success that aren't under contractual obligation. No brainer.

Whether you think the companies will fail or not isn't important. You can bet your ass though that they're going to try the only major element their product is lacking currently.

Seriously. I'll pay it back.

You should run a bank.

Isn't that the same theory behind Credit Card companies offering you bigger limits when you start fucking up your credit?

I personally have NEVER had a balance on a credit card, and the banks hate people like me because they dont make a cent off of me (other than the fact that I patronize places that pay annually to accept their card).

Boy the way Glen Miller played,
songs that made the hit parade,
guys like us we had it made,
those were the days,
and you know where you were then,
girls were girls and men were men,
mister we could use a man like Herbert Hoover again,
didn't need no welfare states
everybody pulled his weight,
gee our old Lasalle ran great,
those were the days!
