I'm sure it was Pycho Mark that they were sued against using his likeness again. Spaz and O&A are on less than friendly closer to tolerable, maybe accepting relations.
Anthony would have to be incredibly arrogant to think that Spaz had little to do with the show's sucess, so I don't think that is the truth.
