Sobe Beverage guy = Strong Bad?

If you've been listening to K-Rock lately, you'll notice ads for Sobe beverages, featuring a guy talking about SOBE and wacky situations in an unfamiliar accent and a weird speaking cadence.
In other words, it's a Strong Bad ripoff. Anyone else hear this ad, or am I crazy?

Oh man, Flock, you have no idea what you're missing out on.
Only one of the best websites the internet has to offer. That link it for the whole site (I'd say just about every single thing on that site, is comedy gold) - but the character Strong Bad answers one email every week, here. (They also have a page for first-time visitors, so you might want to check that out. Edit - no, fuck you, it's not SOME CARTOON CHARACTER...... it is only the best shit ever.
